I am going to show you what a typical Balkan breakfast looks like. I brought two friends of mine, one from Serbia and the other from Bosnia.

We headed to Europa Deli in South Beach. We tried four typical dishes, Cevapi, Gibanica, Sarma and Soska Salad.

Cevapi is minced meat with some spreads. Gibanica is a cheese pie. Sarma is boiled cabbage stuffed with cheese and rice. Soska salad is one of the most traditional salads found in the Balkans.

Europa Deli also has typical chocolates from all the countries in the Balkans. They also have delicious Turkish coffee.
