So let's go ahead and go on in. And here we go, standing in front of the model and it will be empty. They took all the furnishings out, but all the upgrades did stay in. So standing in front of the front door, as you can see, I'll go all the way up here. You get all the nicer touches here in the model home for sure. So we're going to take just a few steps up, turn to the right. And this is where two of the guest bedrooms are going to be guest bedroom. Number one, right here, nice actual size bedroom. It plus you get the window treatments as well. Very nice. So backing up right next to that, it's going to be linen and I will show that to you as well. And I go all the way up. One more shelf, please. Give you another look of that front bedroom and then right there's the linen. And then here's guest bedroom number two window to the side. And again, all the window treatment, they all stay. And again, another walk-in closet. Very nice. And then backing up to give you another look at it. And then I'm going to swing you out and around. And here's the shared bathroom, double sinks, nice vanity. It is the higher height vanity, which is another upgrade here. And they have it with a tub and shower combo, but they did tile it. I'll go all the way up and we're going to walk in and turn around to give you another look at the vanity on this side. And I'll go all the way up for you as well. Nice vanity. So as we walk out, right here is going to be coat closet. And I'll show you that. And there you go for all those wintry, cold, blistery days out here in Arizona. Not so I'm going to back up over here and give you an orientation and a recap. So this is going to be the front door and I'll go all the way up. See, you got the wood beams up there too. And then I'm going to step out and right on the other side is going to be the walk-in closet. And then I'm going to step out of that and give you another look at the vanity without me being in the mirror. And I'll go all the way up for you. Very, very nice. And then back out, give you another look here of this room. Not too shabby if I say so myself. So backing up here, as we started to walk down this hallway, garage door entrance to the left, and then right around the corner, that's your favorite room. Yay, yay, yay. No, yay. No, no, no, no, yay. But the only yay about it, it's coming with the washer and dryer and refrigerator. So you get this washer dryer, you get all these wonderful cabinets and the extra counter space in your laundry room, which is fantastic. And yes, you get that mirror too. Everything on the wall that's here stays. Everything you see in this house stays here in the house. So we're going to go back to the main hallway entry, front door, and then we're going to walk down a little bit more. And right here on your right-hand side is your large flex room. Window out to the side. I'll walk you in a little further. It's a very, very nice flex room. They have it with the double doors. I'll show you. They have it with the wood panel doors. So when you're building from the ground up, you have choices for this flex room on this floor plan. You can do it with no doors. You can do it with the type of door that they have. Let me show you again. Or you can do it with the glass doors. A lot of people, when they do put doors in, they want the wood panel doors so they can have some privacy in there. But that's a very nice size flex room right there. Now backing up, we're going to go to the other side of the hallway to the left. This is going to be your guest half bath. I'll go all the way up. Just a typical half bath. And then right next to that, let me open this for you, is going to be another storage. Now some people use this for extra linen, extra storage, or like a pantry part two for your overflow, just in case you need it. So as we exit out of that, I'm going to step up and give you a look back down to the front door and then walk up, swing back around. Now we're going to go into the main part of the house. This is absolutely gorgeous, totally upgraded. Go ahead and enjoy. Alrighty now, so let's take you back into the kitchen. It is a shop kitchen. It has the waterfall counter island there. And it is coming again with the refrigerator. It has a wall microwave and a wall oven, gas stove top with a very wonderful stainless steel hood above that. I will open up the pantry here in the corner for you. They're storing some extra paint and the shelving goes all the way up, which is fantastic. And another look here of the gourmet kitchen. Pulte, when they're building the gourmet kitchen, you have two levels. You have this level right here, and then you have also the larger pullouts. Let me show you for the pots. So you have the, you can put your higher pots in there if you wanted to. Your other option, when you build a ground up with a park lane, you have a choice to put another oven down there. So you would have two ovens. You would have an oven here. You would have the oven that you have here in the microwave above it. But they have this level of a gourmet kitchen right here, which is really, really nice. This is going to be the look standing in the middle of the island. This family room is huge. It is really, really nice. And I got to tell you, Park Lane is probably one of my, is one of my favorite Pulte floor plans. So, and then as I glanced to the left, there's going to be your dining. Another upgrade this home has, the extended two feet out. The extension is on the back wall here and also the back wall in your primary bedroom. Another upgrade here, besides all the paneling that they have and the window coverings here, is the double slider. So you have a slider here. This one's an option. The one in the dining area, that would be standard. But this slider out to the backyard on your paver patio, that's an upgrade as well. So this home is full of upgrades here. Give you another look of this big family room. Very roomy, very spacious. And then I want to show you the waterfall island. It's nice and long. It's beautiful. And then I also want to show you the pendant lighting on that. Isn't that gorgeous? And again, this is four bedrooms, three and a half baths. A flex room, 2720 square feet. Really, really nice. So I'm going to give you a little up close personal look here into the dining. And then I'm going to take you into the primary room.
