GORGEOUS cherry desk restoration - Furniture Refinishing & Flipping

Sometimes furniture doesn't need FULL refinishing, but DOES require spot repairs and touch ups to help it look its best and hold up over time. This desk is one of those pieces. The top was in decent condition (only because of the glass top protecting the wood all these years) but the trim at the base had failing, flaking finish and there were some excessive wear spots elsewhere... AND the hardware was pretty badly tarnished.

This video shows how I bring this beauty back to life to the best of my current abilities.
