I spent 72 unforgettable hours in Rio de Janeiro with my friends Guilhere and Rafa from Rio4Fun and Rio4Food, the final stop on our seven-city road trip through southern Brazil. Known both as a tropical paradise and a city with a gritty side, Rio is full of contrasts. We explored everything, from iconic landmarks like Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Copacabana Beach to the streets of the Rocinha favela. Along the way, we savored Brazilian barbecue, hearty feijoada, refreshing açaí, and fresh seafood, diving deep into the vibrant, complex heart of one of the world’s most famous cities.
