Back in the spring of 2019, I spent two weeks traveling around South Korea with my travel buddy Sam. We began in the capital city of Seoul, before making our way down to Busan, a quick day trip to Gyeongju, with Daegu mixed in with a bit more Seoul and Busan.
I gorged myself on dozens of unique Korean dishes along the way. From kimchi to tteokbokki to gimbap to dakgalbi, I truly fell in love with Korean cuisine on this trip. A lot of people may not know this, but Korean food can be really spicy!
