Guyanese Street Food You Have To Eat! Mountain of EGG BALL in Guyana!

My epic Guyanese street food tour in Georgetown continued late at night with my guide Stacey from Visit Guyana! We hit the Seawall area to try fish and chips (with plantains instead of potatoes), crispy barbecue chicken with cook-up rice, and Guyana’s #1 street food — egg balls.

The fish was tender and crispy, the plantains perfect with tartar sauce, and the barbecue sauce so good I wanted to drink it. At Exclusive Egg Ball Inc., we watched them fry up 9,000 egg balls a day — golden, crunchy, and topped with sweet-tangy mango sauce.

This was an unforgettable late-night food adventure in Guyana!
