270 g of powdered sugar (in this recipe, powdered sugar cannot be replaced with sugar)
65 g of boiling water
9 g gelatin
4 tbsp cold boiled water for gelatin
1/4 tsp citric acid or 1 tsp lemon juice
any flavor desired
