Ingredients:
1 avocado.
1 boiled egg.
1 tablespoon olive oil
A small bunch of parsley.
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Salt to taste.

Ingredients:
3 red peppers - 400 g - roast and peel.
400 g cooked chickpeas.
2 tablespoons sesame tahini.
50 ml olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon cumin.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Salt to taste.
Blend until smooth.
