Orlando s Most Walkable Neighborhood New Homes in Baldwin Park Orlando

Hello! We are back in Baldwin Park today because I just cannot get enough of this place. Baldwin Park is truly one of the prettiest and most desirable neighborhoods in all of Orlando, and one reason why everybody loves it here is because of its walkability. It's a huge golf cart town, and the downtown area connects it all with gorgeous restaurants, shops, a brewery, a Publix, and one of the most scenic walking trails in all of Orlando. Baldwin Park is located right in the middle of Orlando, just south of Winter Park, so you are literally close to everything. You have downtown 10 minutes away, Park Ave just right down the road, you're 30 minutes to Disney, and 20 minutes to the airport. Now, new construction does not come here often just because how tight-knit and already built out the community really is, but right down the road, just a mile away from the downtown Baldwin Park area, are some brand new townhomes that you absolutely have to know about. So welcome to Baldwin Crossing. These brand new townhomes just opened up, and if walkability is important to you, this location is hard to beat. You are only a 15 minute walk to everything Baldwin Park, and right now they have three townhome options that are ready to move in today, and they're going to have more options available in the summer, as well as having a 3.99% interest rate, and this could be where your Orlando story begins. This first floor plan that we're going to be taking a look at is the Shady Villa. This is their newest floor plan that they're really promoting out of the water. And let me say, this floor plan is really, really nice. They put a lot of upgrades and really nice materials in there. What I really like about this floor plan is you actually get a really cool kind of front yard area, which you really don't find in a lot of these townhomes. But of course, because this is on the corner, you get a little bit of extra space. This is a three bed, two and a half bathroom over 1900 square feet, but you also get an extra loft downstairs. So this is going to be like your office or your loft, or kind of another living room situation, which is really awesome to have in a townhome. Another thing that I really like about this townhome is you have a lot of storage, which I will show you how many closets are in this specific house. Here's your half bathroom right outside of your office. And then we're going to step right into the main living areas. This is your kitchen. And for a townhome, having this type of kitchen and this size of a living space is really, really awesome. Again, you're right over 1900 square feet, so you still have great space for living. Quartz countertops, you have the black island cabinets with the white cabinets. So you have that contrast. Appliances are included, which are incredible. You have a really nice backsplash. Again, they put so many upgrades into this, and this is normal for their builds here. These are spec builds, so you don't pick your upgrades or anything like that. So what you see is what you get. In the kitchen, you also have a pantry, which is a plus. A lot of townhomes do not have pantries. And across from that, you also have an additional storage closet, which that is one of many. But this is your main living area right off the kitchen, right off that dining room, very open. I love how everything just kind of flows together in this specific floor plan. And this townhome is more spacious than the other one that we're going to be viewing because this is a 22 foot. So basically it's 22 feet wide versus the other one being 16 feet wide. So you can really get a good feel for how much living space is in here. You have a lot of windows, especially with it being a corner townhome unit. So you have those additional windows on the corner bringing in so much additional light. The good thing is they do have a couple of corner units available right now. And a plus is you also get a two car garage. Now let's head upstairs and look at all of the bedrooms. So right when you go upstairs, you do have a little loft area, which is really awesome to add to everything else. So you have that office downstairs and you have an additional loft upstairs. Again, when you have a townhome, you usually don't have these additional spaces. So having something like this is absolutely incredible. And right down from the loft area is going to be your laundry room. Your laundry room is right outside of your master bedroom, which is a huge plus. And this primary bedroom is absolutely incredible. You have a really big space for your bed, your nightstands, a little sitting area. But the best part is you have this additional little living nook in your primary. So this could be perfect for a reading nook. You could put extra storage in here. You could put a desk if you want to work in your room. So this has lots of opportunities. And onto that primary bathroom, you have your dual vanities. I love how they incorporated the black in the bathroom. It's just very modern and sleek. I also absolutely love the flooring in this bathroom. It's super modern. You have your walk-in shower right behind your dual vanities. You also have a linen closet. And check out this walk-in closet. It's a really cool layout. I honestly think it's really cool that it's completely open to the bathroom and you have lots of space in here. Right down the hallway across from the primary is going to be your two additional bedrooms. This specific bedroom has that built-in closet. You have that queen bed in this bedroom. So you can really see how big this space is. And this is going to be your third and final bedroom. Also with that queen bed and your window. And this bedroom actually does come with a walk-in closet versus the other one only has that built-in closet. And those two bedrooms are going to share this hallway bathroom. Very modern. Love the white. It's very bright in here. And you also have another closet in between those rooms. Okay. Let's dive into pricing real quick for the Shady Villa. Again, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, over 1,900 square feet. And you get that two-car garage in the back of the townhome. The prices for this is that $630 range. Again, this is a little bit of a bigger townhome. And the location here absolutely cannot be beat. So that's why the price is a little bit higher. Okay. The next one we're going to be taking a look at is the Summerlin. This is almost 1,400 square feet, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and you have a one-car garage. All right, let's go right inside. This is going to be your living room. So right when you open the door, you are right in your living room and everything has that open floor plan as well. Your living and your dining room are all combined. So you just have an open space. This is not a corner unit, but you still have those two windows on the front and you also have glass on the door, which brings in extra light as well. And here is your kitchen. I really like how they incorporated the navy blue island with the gray cabinets in the main areas of the kitchen. Gorgeous backsplash. You have those quartz countertops, all the appliances are included. So you have some really great updates in this townhome as well too. Since this is two bedrooms, this is perfect for a starter townhome, especially the location is just perfect for walkability. You have the walking trail right in the backyard of all of these townhomes, which is a huge plus. And again, you have that one car garage in your half bathroom on the first floor. You also have lots of storage in here. You have under the stairs storage and multiple storage closets as well. I wouldn't say that this is a loft. It's going to be more of like a sitting area. You could put a chair or maybe a desk in this hallway, but there are options for having a lounge area. And right at the end of the hall, you have your primary suite. This is a great sized room. It feels very private right in the front of the townhome. You have those three windows in this room, and then you can see the primary bathroom is all connected inside the hallway to the bedroom as well. You have your dual vanities, your walk-in shower, and the closet in this floor plan is absolutely incredible as well. You have a great walk-in closet as well as a linen closet in the bathroom too. So again, lots of storage in both of these townhomes, which is great. And then you're going to have your laundry room right in the middle of the two bedrooms. This is more of a laundry closet, but you can actually walk into it. And this is going to be your second bedroom, definitely on the smaller side, but this is perfect for an office. So if you are a single person that needs somewhere to live, this is perfect for an office or perfect for a kid's room. And this also does have your walk-in closet as well. And then that bedroom is going to have its own bathroom in the hallway with your tub and your single vanity. So pricing for the Summerland is a lot more affordable. We're talking low 500s. This is a little bit of a smaller floor plan, but a really great option for a starter home or someone who's needing to downsize, because again, the location is key. And that was Baldwin Crossing, an absolutely gorgeous layout, gorgeous townhomes, amazing location. If you are big on location, again, this location cannot be beat. It also just feels like its own little town inside of Orlando. Of course, Orlando is a big city, so it's hustling, it's bustling. But when you come over to Baldwin Park, it's just a little bit quieter. You can hear the birds. You have a lot of nature and you have an amazing downtown just steps away from you.
