Well HELLO THERE, and welcome back to another episode of Cocktails with Ciara! In today's video I'm trying a Paloma Cocktail for the first time! I've been so excited to make and try this summer Tequila Cocktail, let's see how I got on...

Ingredtents:
50ml tequila blanco or Mezcal
10ml agave syrup or honey
10ml fresh lime juice
60ml pink grapefruit juice
soda water
sea salt & wedge pink grapefruit for the garnish

Method
Salt the rim of a tumblr glass and set aside
Add all ingredients bar soda water to a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a tumbler glass with ice
Top with Soda water
Garnish with grapefruit slice
