Mini Red Velvet Cookies ♡ Bake With Me

These are the cutest mini red velvet cookies :)

Ingredients:
1 cup half melted butter
1.5 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 TBSP olive or vegetable oil(15ml)
1 TBSP vanilla extract(15ml)
1.5 TBSP fancy molasses
1-2 tsp red food coloring
3.75 cups all-purpose flour
2 TBSP cornstarch
2 TBSP cocoa powder
1.25 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
2 cups white chocolate chips

♡ 1 cup=250ml
♡ cream the butter and sugar for at least 5 minutes, or until it becomes lighter in color
♡ do not pack your flour. Fluff up the flour with a fork, then use the "the spoon & level" method :)
♡ let the chocolate set completely before unmolding the cookies.
