MIXED NOODLES
4 packets of Korean noodles (400g)
4 eggs, 2 sausages
1/4 onion, cucumber, bok choy, ...
A little roasted sesame seeds or cheese
TOMATO SAUCE
2 tomatoes (300g)
150g minced pork (or beef)
1 heaping tablespoon sugar (20g)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (15g), or 2 tablespoons light soy sauce.
2 tablespoons chili paste (40g)
3 tablespoons tomato paste (60g)
1/3 teaspoon MSG (2g)
4 tablespoons water (60g)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (3g) mixed with a little water
A little pepper before turning off the heat
