As it relates to student loans...I paid off my undergraduate loans within 3-4 years of graduating...I've coached several people on how to pay off their student loans...and have had many conversations about helping people understand that refinancing student loans is, in most cases, the best route to go to pay off student loans. Back in 2018 my wife graduated from her Masters Program and we were finally faced with making a decision about the student loans we had accumulated while she was in school full time. We did not want to be in debt for the full 10 years of the standard repayment term and neither of us work in a field that could potentially get any additional tax incentive or student loan forgiveness...so we refinanced our student loans and have been chipping away at them ever since. It will be really nice once our student loans are paid off!
