35 Min HIIT + Strength Workout (Treadmill + Weights)

Today’s workout is a full body cross training session combining treadmill HIIT with dumbbell strength to build endurance, burn fat, and challenge your entire body in just 35 minutes.

We’re moving back and forth between the treadmill and weights, mixing push pace intervals, strength work, and a sprint finisher that really ramps things up at the end. This is the kind of workout that keeps you engaged the whole time.

All you need is a treadmill and a set of medium dumbbells. I’ll be using 30 lb dumbbells, but choose a weight that allows you to move with control while still being challenged.

Follow the on-screen cues for pace, incline, and timing, and adjust everything to your level.

Treadmill Guidance

Walking Pace: 2.5–3.5 mph
Base Pace: Sustainable effort
Push Pace: Base pace +1 mph
Sprint Pace: Base pace +2–3 mph

Incline ranges from 1–5% throughout the workout.
