Ingredients:
1 cup rice.
2 cups water.
4 eggs.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Olive oil.
Spring onions.
Chili pepper (optional).
Cherry tomatoes.
Parsley.
Cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
For the salad.
Red onion.
Cherry tomatoes.
Cucumbers.
Bell pepper.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon basil.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Parsley.
Feta cheese.
