Professionals Panicked After We Switched Twins Mid-Appointment

We tested professionals to see if they would notice twins switching mid-appointment. One twin (Marko) started the ear piercing and beard trim, then the other twin (Niko) secretly took his place. Would the professionals notice the switch or question their sanity?
