All right, guys. To begin, we're going to drizzle some olive oil to our skillet.
Now, we're going in with our ground beef. I'm using one pound of ground beef. When it's no
longer pink, okay, that's when we'll start adding the seasoning. Make sure you drain this water
right here, okay? I know some ground beef produce more than others, but this is not good. We're
going to drain that out. Now, we're going to add in our bell peppers. I added a little bit more oil
so I can saute my bell peppers and my onion and also just add all of it. Why not? This is half a
bell pepper, half of the red one, half of the green one, and also half of a small onion. And also,
we're going in with a tablespoon of minced garlic. I like to kind of make space so it can saute a
little bit before I blend it in or mix it in with everything. Now, I'm going in with my tomatoes.
This is optional, but it adds great flavors and colors, of course, but you don't really have to
and it's nutrients. Why not? Now, it's the time to season. Now, you can use any of your
all-purpose seasoning that you have in your pantry, but for me, I'm using the Island Vibe
Everything Blend seasoning, a little bit of paprika, ground black pepper, salt, and some more
onion and garlic powder, of course. Give it a nice mix. Oh, smelling so, so good already. Also here, I
have a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. Add that in. I never know how to pronounce that word.
Sometimes, I say W sauce, but give it a nice mix. Let me just give my rice a quick rinse
so we can add it in there. Oh, that looks so good. Now, you can taste this if you like
before you add the rice, but I usually, after I add the rice, that's when I taste it
because the rice has, you know, water. You don't want to taste it now and then you're like, it's
good, and then you add more water from the rice. I mean, it's not a lot, but you know what I mean.
Fry the rice. Mix it all together just like this. Now, that looks good. That looks real good.
You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna dice some sweet potatoes, actually. Pop it in my air fryer
so I can put it on the side of this when it's all done, but now add your beef broth just like this,
okay? Give it a nice mix. Guess what I'm adding next? Some butter because
butter makes everything better. It's gonna be nice and buttery and fluffy, and also,
let me just add in some fresh parsley on top. Now is the perfect time to taste it to see if it's
good with the salt and the pepper. Yes, yes, everything is good. Now we're going to cover it,
allow it to simmer on medium low for about 15 to 20 minutes. It has been 20 minutes and the
rice is done. Oh my gosh, look at that. Nice and fluffy and smells amazing, of course.
Let's plate this, guys. This is amazing. Quick 20-minute dinner. Looking so good.
And just like that, you make the most hearty, delicious one-pot meal at home. Let me try it.
