We filmed this video in the stunning landscapes of the Bheemeshwari forests in Karnataka, India. In my search for a breathtaking location that would do justice to this already beautiful song, I stumbled upon this spot—just three hours from Bangalore—and decided to venture out there with Tanya, Shyam, and Prajwal.
We parked the car deep in the forest and trekked for a good 20 minutes to reach this magical place. We filmed through sunset and only wrapped up after dark, making our way back through the thick forest to the haunting soundtrack of the jungle at night. The entire experience was incredible—and a little scary!
I hope it was all worth it, and that this song brings you joy. Here’s my take on Kenny Rogers’ “Through the Years,” dedicated to my amazing parents who celebrate their 50th anniversary in just a few days.
