I have put together this NEW 30 MIN STANDING CARDIO ABS Workout - Intense Belly Fat Loss (No Repeats) for smaller waist, flat stomach & ab lines which is super effective, challenging and fun. It is beginner friendly (with no jumps modifications applied).

This routine is a great way to work your entire core thoroughly, without going down to the mat to do traditional crunches. Besides, you tone up your midsection without straining your back.

All of these exercises incorporate lots of different muscle groups: your booty, thighs, shoulders, and arms.
