The UNTHINKABLE is About to Happen to Stocks

Right now we have a very sticky situation going on in Iran, but despite what mainstream media is
telling you, despite what your gut feeling is telling you, this is a massive opportunity to
create generational wealth in a very short amount of time. Now, this is still early. We're now five
days into the war in Iran, and I believe this is just the beginning of the amount of money
smart investors, disciplined investors, investors that understand the game plan can make during the
next 12 months. And in this video, I'll share with you exactly the system, the process, all the rules,
and I'll give you a list of stocks, 20 stocks that are going to skyrocket over the next 12 months
given what's going on right now in the market. So let's get to it without further ado. So 24 hours
before the war even started, I came on this channel, and you can go ahead and watch that video
that was posted 24 hours before the attack on Iran started. And I said, look, folks,
two things are going to happen. Number one, oil is going to spike. That's going to be temporary
as long as the war continues. And if you are so inclined to take this trade, well, go right ahead.
I don't care. I don't mind. I'm not a trader. But Palantir is going to spike, and it's going to
stay elevated, and it's going to keep spiking throughout the war, and it's going to continue
spiking at a faster pace after the war ends for the next 12 months as well because of its government
contracts and its exposure to tech and commercial technology. And exactly what I said played out.
Five days into the war, Palantir is at 12 percent. Oil is at 12 percent. So I know what I'm talking
about. But that's not the point of this video. You're here because you're trying to figure out
what's next. How do we play this, Tom? What do we need to do? Tell us. Well, you came to the right
place. I'm going to tell you again what's next, and I'm going to be right again like I was every
single time when it comes to these geopolitical processes. Now, talking about geopolitical
processes, I actually explained this many times before, and I told you that with geopolitics,
with macroeconomics, with these massive global events, the news cycle doesn't offer you any value
as an investor. Zero value, literally. The reason is because these news outlets come out very late
with this news, and number two, there's a lot of emotions that are intertwined within these news,
and also a lot of agenda and a lot of angles, and people are basically paid, or sometimes they're
just going for clicks and clout. It's a whole mess. There is no value in news for investors.
However, somehow, most investors actually end up losing money in a time of crisis,
and it's well documented that about 90 percent of retail investors absolutely get hammered in
wartime, in economic crisis. Every time something bad happens in the world, people get screwed over,
and the reason is because they don't have rules. They don't have a system. They don't have
discipline, and mainly, they do not have guidance. They don't have somebody like me to tell them,
hey, folks, relax. This is exactly what's going on. This is what's going to happen next. This is
the system. Trust the process, et cetera, et cetera. They're all alone. They're scared. They're panicking.
They don't know what to do, and they make stupid emotional decisions. Now, over the past five years,
my students and I, over at the Rock Academy, patreon.com forward slash domnesh, 30,000 students,
our students basically built a system, a clear rule, an emotion-free process, and a discipline
that basically lets them go for the probable event instead of predicting whatever is going
to happen next. We do not predict. We prepare in advance for every single scenario, and then,
whatever happens, we have the plan in place, so there's literally no emotions. There's clear rules,
clear guidelines, so if you'd like to have that in your life, which is highly recommended
if you're a long-term investor or you'd like to be, join the academy. We would love to have you
there. 30,000 students are not there because of my beautiful hair. They're there because the system
actually works. Now, over the past 48 hours, I actually came out of retirement, and I spoke
about the geopolitical stuff that's going on with regards to the war in Iran, and I did it on my
second channel. It's called the Tom Nash Report. You can go ahead, Google it, YouTube it, whatever
you want. You can watch my video where I explain why the war is happening, what are the real
catalysts, the whole thing with oil and energy and China, and why this is basically a massive
upside for the United States. Now, there's a lot of yahoos and clowns and all sorts of page shills
across social media, whether it's TikTok or Instagram or Twitter or whatever it's called now,
X. A lot of these either page shills or cloud chasers, they're parroting each other, regurgitating
the same ----, basically saying, hey, this war is horrible. We're losing. No more wars. Now,
you took us to another war in the Middle East, et cetera, et cetera, and they're basically just
bouncing off each other in this huge eco-chamber. But the truth is, as you can see in my video,
which I posted yesterday on the second channel, the truth is that there's massive upside for this
war for the United States long-term, 5, 10, 15 years down the road. There's also a huge post-war
economic boost that's coming, like in every war. So I would not bet neither against the U.S.
or the U.S. dollar or the U.S. economy. I think this war actually diminishes China and brings
the United States to the top of the stage again, where it was lacking over the past few years in
the previous administration. Now, go ahead and watch that video. Let's assume for the sake of
this video that I'm right. So if that's the case, how do we make money from this? The point is,
at the end of the day, we're here to make money. So the big question here is, the trillion dollar
question is, now what? Okay, cool. So number one, as you notice, unlike previous geopolitical crisis
events and wars, etc., etc., the market has proved to be quite resilient. In fact, we had very little
turbulence in the stock market, even though we went to another war in the Middle East, etc., etc.
Why we had no deep sell-offs is because most smart investors, most institutional, large-scale
investors understand my previous point. This is actually very good for the United States and very
bad for China. That is why the stock market isn't selling off. That is why oil is not at 140%
spike. It's not in the $150 section. It's not in the $200 section. Oil basically
spiked from $67 to $77, very minimal compared to previous wars. It's still a very hefty increase,
one that tells us a lot about what's about to happen next. Over the past few decades, when you
look at the prices of oil, they were quite indicative. I don't think it's a causation here,
but definitely correlation. Quite indicative of what happens in the stock market. In the past,
when we have two consecutive days where oil prices go up by 5% for two consecutive days, which we had
when this war started, over the next 12 months, the stock market did a 22% return, which is insane,
but the hit rate was 83%, which means that 83% of years post two consecutive days of 5% increase in
oil prices were positive, and the average was 22% gain. The stock market loves these spikes
because people are selling off, and then whoever cleans the floor with all this money
sits on 22% returns, 83% positive years. Now, rule number one out of number one, very Russian,
comrade, rule number one. Rule number one is stay in the market and dollar cost average. Now,
dollar cost average means continue to invest in a fixed amount at a fixed period, no matter what
happens. That's what DCA stands for, dollar cost average. Continue to buy at all times,
stay in the market. There is no point to bail no matter what happens. When this setup happens,
a geopolitical crisis, the market does very well for the next 12 months.
Besides that, if you take a look at the market in general, missing the top 10 days in the market
over the course of 20 years would cost you 50% of your entire returns over two decades.
You do not want to be on the sidelines. You do not want to be out of the market.
When Vanguard took a look at the top 1% portfolios in America, when COVID hit, for example,
99% of them did not sell off while most of retail basically bounced and missed out on a huge spike.
You do not want to miss out. You don't want to stop your compounding. The compounding matters.
The longer you compound, the longer you stay in the market, the better the return becomes.
It makes no sense to get out. So rule number one, do not sell off. Do not panic. Do not run for the
stay on the course, keep your eye on the ball, continue to buy, stay in the market.
That's just a basic rule of thumb, especially in a time of crisis, because as many times as we had
reasons to sell over the past 30 years, look at what the S&P 500 did. It's insane.
Now, rule number two, and this is where it gets interesting. We'll get to the 20 stocks in a
second. Rule number two is very simple. You have to ignore all those hype names because the hype
names are the biggest casualties of situations like this. When you have a war, we have a trigger,
we have a lot of geopolitical mess, we have chaos. Whenever you have some instability, uncertainty,
the biggest casualties are hype names and cyclicals. Hype names and cyclicals,
they are unstable. They will take you to the moon and they will bring you down to the dumpster.
It makes no sense long-term to hold on to them because you don't know what's going to happen.
It's a manic depressive, bipolar disorder stocks. I personally stay away from them. That's my rule
number two. Rule number three, think long-term, like what happens over the next 10 years. Try to
figure out, okay, what's going on in the world today? Where are we heading as a society, as an
economy? What's going on right now? And what's going to be the situation over the next decade?
And try to pick the industries you want to be in. Now, if you take a look at this current
configuration we have, we are in the first innings, just in the beginning, in the diapers of the AI
revolution. We're just getting started. And if this is just the beginning of the AI revolution,
obviously AI is going to be the avalanche. It's going to be the most important trend to be in.
And a lot of people are circulating right now, mainstream media, social media, a lot of these
geniuses are running around telling you that AI is going to kill software. It's going to destroy
software. Human beings are going to be on cruise ships, amusement parks. Nobody's going to work,
no software company that could not be further from the truth. Now, like every good lie, it has some
element, some basis of truth. And this element, this basis of truth is that a lot of software
companies will go away. A lot of them will disappear. In fact, 80% of them will go away.
But the 20% that will remain post the AI revolution, they're going to be the next Amazon,
Facebook, Google, all these companies, Microsoft, everything that came out from the 1999, 2000.com
crash, where 95% of these companies got crushed. The few that came out, came out and took over the
next three decades, which is exactly what's going to happen with AI. A lot of these hype names,
a lot of the scrap will go away. But the few that remain, the 20% that remains,
they will make the big boom, the big money. So no, AI is not killing all software. It's killing
the shitty software that's not going to be around after AI takes over. But the ones that can work
and work with AI, they will make the big money, which is exactly where you want to be invested.
Rule number four, find companies that work well with AI, not companies that are about to get
disrupted and wiped off the face of the earth. So as I said, we're on the brink of a huge avalanche.
It's coming. It's a massive opportunity. Smart investors are going to make a lot of money,
which means that stock picking today matters more than ever. As we are on the brink and we have
about 20% of stocks that are about to clean house, it's very, very important to pick the winners
and not to go for the losers. It's still very early. There's going to be very few winners.
It's important to pick them. And the upside is going to be massive. You have to ignore volatility.
You have to ignore the urge and the FOMO, the fear of missing out and going all in. It has to be a
slow process, ignoring the noise, picking the winners and sticking to your plan. Now, speaking of,
here's my next point. Now, my next point is very simple. If we're looking at the next 10 years,
what do we want in a stock? Think about a grocery list of things you want in a perfect stock that
has the best chances to come out of this and be the winner for the next 10 years. You want something
that's obviously AI related. You want something with strong intellectual property, a strong moat,
a strong technology that nobody else has. You want something with distribution, something that has
reach. You want infrastructural plays, the picks and shovels. You want an ecosystem where it's easy
to keep clients. It's a sticky business. And obviously, you want something you can trust.
It has to be a big brand, a trusted company that people and regulators trust. And more importantly
than anything, it has to be vertically integrated. Vertical integration is where things are at right
now. We're chasing the bottom. We're trying to lower costs. So all of this has to happen with
some sort of level of vertical integration. Now, I'll give you a hint. I've talked about it before
and I gave you a great example with Google. Google going for TPUs, getting out of GPUs,
is going down this route and it's not an accident. It's going vertically integrated. It's getting out
of needing a third party, building its own stuff. And the more companies will do it,
the more they will have a chance to be on this list. Now, I've compiled a list of 20 companies,
which I'm going to share with you, which I think is going to absolutely dominate the next decade.
Number one, obviously, Palantir, a stock that I talked about a million times. They're built for
war. They're built for peace. They're built for chaos. And they're built for great markets. Whatever
happens over the next 10 years, as long as AI is still relevant, which I believe to be the case,
Palantir is going to go to a trillion dollars at minimum. Number two, we have Tesla. And Tesla is
going to be the largest robotics company in the world. Humanoid robots are a massive secular trend.
Nobody's catching Tesla. The integration they have as far as batteries, electric motors,
vision sensors, supply chains, factories, money, HR, the best brains, the best CEO, etc., etc.
Number three, Google. Like I said, vertical integration. Google Cloud is now growing at
50% per year because of TPUs. It's vertically integrating. It's bringing down costs. Google
is going to be massive. NVIDIA with GPUs is not going to get hurt by Google. It has its own thing
and GPUs are not going anywhere. These are the building blocks of AI. NVIDIA is going to be
massive. Amazon has been lagging price-wise for five years. Price hasn't done nothing,
even though it's still the biggest cloud provider in the world. Also, you have Microsoft again in
the same game, Microsoft Azure. You have Oracle going all the way to the database clients and
bring them, onboarding them on their own cloud. Massive, massive potential for Oracle.
Now, if you go forward down this list, TSMC, with all the concerns we have with China,
and I believe, as I explained in my geopolitical video on the Tom Nash Report channel, I believe
that this Iranian war will diminish a lot of the risks, the geopolitical risks around Taiwan and
TSMC. So TSMC is a global monopoly. Semiconductors, they have to be in this list.
Arista, obviously connectivity. AMD, again, with AMD and NVIDIA, it's a massive business.
Both of them can thrive. Obviously, CrowdStrike and Zscaler for cybersecurity. ASML for
lithography machine. They are literally monopoly. All these guys are infrastructural AI plays with
a moat. And now we're getting to CEG and VRT. Technology also has to do with power. If you
want to have technology, you have to power it and you have to cool it. Power and cooling. VRT and
monitoring. MongoDB for database. And then you have Cadence and Arm, both on the ground level
of the semiconductors, which are comprising AI. And obviously number 20, the cheat code that is
S&P 500. The cheat code that you simply cannot beat. 10% per year. For six years, you're going
to double your money. It has to be a massive component of every single portfolio. The best
broad market index in the world. Now, I'll show you something else. Right now, what you're going
to get is another cycle like this. Now, there's always a reason to sell. Right now, it's Iran. Iran
is the new reason to sell. Okay, cool. So every time we get to a reason to sell, it usually comes
in after a bull market. So we have a bull market. We go up. There's a reason to sell. Something
happens. A crisis, a pandemic, a war, a recession, whatever. Everybody sells off. 90% of retail
investors sell off in this time frame. They are here. Selling here, they get screwed the most.
Because once they're done selling, this is the bottom. The bottom happens and we have a new
bull run and they get back in here. Just the worst timing possible. Jumping in and off, hopping in
and off. This is what retail investors do. This is why 90% of them lose money. No system, no discipline
and no real rules on how to do this. Now, how we do this in the academy is quite simple. We understand
a few simple facts. Number one, whatever happens in the next two years, we don't know. We're not
going to try to predict that. Okay. Whatever happens in the next five, 10 years is actually
extremely predictable because we know the statistics. A bull market lasts about four,
five years. A bear market lasts about 10 months on average. We know that 80% of years are going
to be a bull market. So it's very easy for us to just buy at all time. Continue to buy. You buy
here and here and here. Every green point is a buy. Sometimes you buy the top, which sucks.
Sometimes you buy the bottom, which is great, but you don't try buying the market. Every single week
you buy and buy and buy and buy and buy. And the market is going to continue to be volatile. The
serpentine movement is going to continue to happen, but the overall trend is going to be upwards
because this is what happens when the S&P does 10% per year. The good companies and the S&P
are going up. That's why it's important to pick good companies and have S&P in your portfolio.
And at the end of the day, when you look back after five years, 10 years, 15 years,
you're going to see, well, the top is right here. The bottom is right here. But my average,
which is here, I'm very close to the bottom. Not at the bottom, but very close to the bottom
without timing the market even once, without getting lucky, without selling, without buying.
The only thing I've done is buy at all times. And when the stock market went down, I doubled down.
And when it went up, I came back to my normal DCA. I buy more when the stock is dipping and I
buy less when the stock is flying. That's the DCA double down method, which we teach in the academy.
If you would like to learn that system, which has made a lot of impact on a lot of people's
lives over the past five years, I invite you to join the academy. Payton.com forward slash
dot Nash. We'd love to have you there. We'd love to teach you this double down DCA system
and prep you for whatever happens next. So you don't have the guesswork. You don't have to run
around like a headless chicken and you get out of the matrix and get in on the system.
We'd love to see you there. Thank you. I'll see you next one. Peace.
