By popular demand, here are the WHOLE WHEAT DEEP-FAT BISCUITS 🥄 They're AMAZING! I was amazed, too... they're DELICIOUS, RUSTIC, CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE and SOFT AND SOFT ON THE INSIDE!
I highly recommend them; they'll amaze you as much as they amazed me! They contain VERY LITTLE SUGAR and OLIVE OIL.
The recipe is the same as the DEEP-FAT DOUGHNUT BISCUITS I posted last week, with the only difference being whole wheat flour instead of regular flour.

🌡️ Bake at 180°C (convection or static) for about 20-25 minutes
📝Ingredients: for 12 large XXL cookies
300 g whole wheat flour
50 g sugar
50 g oil
50 g milk
2 eggs
6 g cookie ammonia (or baking powder)
Vanilla
100 g walnuts
Dark chocolate chips
sugar for rolling the cookies
