Today we are going to paint 6 purple flowers using only two colors with loose watercolor techniques.
We skip the complex palette to master color theory by mixing only two colors... green and purple.
We will use the dabbing technique to sketch the flowers and open up the spots with a thin brush.

worst brush you have—a stiff school-grade brush

of color to our paper to create stains that suggest a flower

And the other important thing is to work solely with the colors violet and green
We darken the green slightly with a touch of violet or conversely deepen the violet with a hint of green
