Refueling somewhere between North America and South America on the way to fly the show in Colombia. Every time a I make a flight like that, I am in awe of human progress. One hundred years ago, that journey would have taken days, maybe a week or more. Another hundred years before that, maybe a month. I started the airplane in the Texas sun and opened the canopy in Rio Negro, Colombia 6 hours later.
