Narrow Lot House Design 4.5x18m | Courtyard & Skylight Tropical Home

Built on a compact 4.5 x 18 meter urban plot, this modern house is designed to maximize green views, natural light, and cross ventilation. A central volume creates front and rear courtyards, while split-level floors and a large skylight bring daylight deep into the interior. The curved artificial-wood ceiling flows seamlessly from indoor spaces to the balcony, enhancing spatial continuity. Layered greenery on the façades filters sunlight, improves privacy, and keeps the home naturally cool—resulting in a sustainable, airy, and family-oriented living environment.
