Concussion / brain injury could be tricky as symptoms sometimes won't appear right after the hit on your head. You should also not get back to playing immediately without being cleared by your medical professional as you could develop post-concussion syndrome.
What is a Concussion:
A traumatic brain injury that happens from a bump, violent jolt or blow to your head that interrupts normal brain activity but doesn't necessarily knock you out.
Post-concussion Syndrome:
Also known as persistent concussion syndrome which is basically concussion symptoms that last much longer after the initial injury phase.
