Pink and Yellow Tulip Grapevine Wreath With Bead Grass |Stunning Spring Design |Hard Working Mom

What it's On y'all I'm sure everything's working. Yep looks like it Okay It's like a minute early so I've kind of Giving a minute for people to come on, but what I will do is start cutting up some of our greenery Okay, so we're gonna be doing a Grapevine and we're gonna do tulips We're gonna put some ficus leaves in it We're gonna be putting some of our Bead grass, so I've seen lately That a lot of people are making whole wreaths with this, which I've always loved this This is my favorite stuff. I love it So I have some bigger ones Okay, and then I have some smaller ones. So these come from Sims And y'all they're so inexpensive, right? So this one's like a dollar $1.30 or $1.40 and this one's like a $1.75 you can see they have kind of the Darker green and then the lighter green So the smaller one is Cs 1 4 6 4 6 and the bigger one Cs 1 4 7 0 0 G and They call it bead grass some people call it button burn I Consider it to be bead grass because that's what I've always heard All right, and then we have some tulips. We have purple. No, we have pink and we have yellow Yeah, okay so I ordered this really pretty really ultra thin ribbon, but it didn't come in so What we're gonna do is we're gonna take This is seven eighths inch in it. Yeah, I have a yellow and I have a pink and we're gonna put those two together So let's cut I think All right, so we're gonna cut like right here Some of these we can put the whole bush in So that's what we're gonna do with the longer ones the the fuller one right, so this one that has more in it We're gonna put the entire thing in So I just have one little piece here we definitely want to Get it kind of all spread out One thing you could do is kind of shake it a little just to get it kind of loose Spread it out We're gonna kind of do like the C shape dropping things All right, so I'm gonna put One here and one here like this Okay, and try to get that kind of C shape going Actually, it's more like this Like that and then with the smaller ones. I want to get some coming up here So once we get like these basic ones in we're gonna put our bow in and then we're gonna start putting pieces in our bow First let's cut this up All right I'm gonna put a couple of larger pieces in You don't want it to be laying flat Hey Susan Just like that There we go So what I'm gonna do is we're gonna kind of establish the area that we're going to be using We're gonna be playing with bead grass I love this stuff It's so funny to me that it's like all super popular right now. I mean it's popular every year, but Like there's some kind of viral Wreath going around That has the bead grass on it Have you seen that? It is real pretty it's just It's just a whole wreath of bead grass All right, so let's do one more here So There so this is kind of how we want it to go So I'm gonna take our two large bead grass. I'm gonna use the whole thing Okay So I'm gonna go under one of these And put it in and then want to start to Spread it out and mix some of this in Probably So that I can get a little bit more down in here Kind of lengthen them a little See isn't it pretty isn't that contrast pretty? I don't know what that's doing All right Here there That's good, okay, let's do this side So once I get it on I'll figure out which ones I want to cut I am gonna kind of bend it a little So I've got the whole piece So Those two now we'll spread these out Now that I'm doing this I'm thinking this might be a quick wreath might be Maybe too quick right one more Get our There we go, oh isn't that pretty Now now I want to put the bow in so let's make our bow And then we'll put Okay, so you can see About how long they are, but you can push them up, so you don't go up pretty far Or you can spread them way out So that's gonna Really help us with this all right There's not a whole lot of the yellow, but there's enough I want to Use this because it's very Delicate so I didn't want a big bow that kind of overtakes so Then I do Don't think I want to do Let's do Maybe like 29 inches with 30 inches okay, and we're gonna Do them together, and then we'll spread them apart That yellow We don't have a ton of that That's okay. Oh Yeah, we don't have very much at all Okay Well, we'll get some out Okay, so I want to do like oh Yeah, I think a five-inch loop will be fine. No let's do six. Let's do six There we go So we're gonna run out of the yellow soon, but we'll just keep going with pink. We'll just add more pink Just kind of leave the yellow here So let's say we have six let's do nine seven eight Okay, then I'll just trim this off the same length as yellow here All right Hmm. I want to do a little bit smaller of a zip tie just so it's not gonna show as much All right, so there's our extension, it's just Slide it into place Get another zip tie on the bottom Tight really good All right now We're gonna pull apart the pink and the yellow. I wish we had one yellow But that's okay, we'll still see some one more Okay Let's trim this off All right, let's get it in here So I'm gonna put it in our grapevine. I'll just run it right through the grapevine This has two nice really big Sticks right up here at the top That's what I'm running it through There we go, I just want to make sure the tails are in the right place there now we can Get it all left out See if we can get these Yellow Bella is already snoring Poor Bella. She's got something going on with Her one of her back legs. I'll have to get her into the vet. She really doesn't want to put any pressure on it All right, so this tail Curl I might have even made it too long Yeah, I think that's longer than I want Yeah, let's just Like that Yeah, let's do that All right So they do more like 25 inches. All right. Now we're gonna take some of these These are the shorter ones. I'm gonna push it up Cut it off about like an inch and now I'm gonna put these coming up behind the bow And I want them coming out Okay like this I'm just kind of sticking them under the bow Okay, I know I don't know what she did but it's been going on for a little while It's like Both Bella and Sassy. Oh, I know a lot of it's their age a lot of it is their age and they're just getting older and They have arthritis and you know, I want to make sure that these are spreading out well There we go You definitely want it all spreading out These I want to do a little bit longer So I want to get that good line forming all right, so these will push up but we're not gonna cut as much of the stem off so that we can get Some more length I'm gonna kind of put those put this behind the ones I just put in Give it a little more length See, these are really pushed down. So you just push them up leave a longer stem I like to put the Shorter ones in first just so I can kind of see where I'm at See how much they have it pushed down Hi, she is really snored back here When you're putting these in if it feels really loose in there What you can do is Get a little bit of moss and put a little bit of moss in there and it will fill in that area and make it tighter And then things won't fall out so sometimes Sometimes when you're putting things in a grapevine, it's gonna get kind of It's kind of loose in there so if you just take a little bit of moss and I was looking to see if I had brought my moss in I Don't think I did I'll peek down there in a minute. I don't think I did Yeah, I did okay So what I mean is So you see how it's kind of a little bit loose in here You just take a little bit of moss Okay you don't need a ton and then you just kind of stick it in the grapevine like that and then It will keep all those in there and keep them tight So it's a really good trick to use with grapevines now Well, that's a big one now, we're gonna put some I'm gonna put some in the bow And then we're gonna put some of the tulips on Hey, Deb How are you? All right Push them up. We don't want them to be Too long. Yeah See how far you can push you can push them up a lot so I want to cut them a Couple of inches because I want them to be long enough to come up through The bow. Okay, and I'll just start kind of putting it in and then Bending it over like that and then I can kind of get it in between my loops Kind of come behind the bow and then bend it in and then just kind of move them in between the loops Back It does it works really well. I will tell you and a lot of times these are so loose. I was looking at something the other day and I saw where somebody was complaining about they got like a tulip wreath or something And they loved it. It was so pretty and they put it on their door and then a Bunch of the tulips fell off well, it's most likely because It was a loose grapevine and so when they put it in you know, they didn't put anything to account for the looseness and Then in the heat a lot of times the glue will just kind of fail and Then you end up with things that fall out So it can be pretty frustrating But that keeps it nice and tight and This really works I'm gonna do one from the bottom and You can tell when you're putting it in if it's really tight or if it's really loose If it's tight, there's nothing you have to do if it's really loose Then it's a good idea just to get out a little bit of moss and just shove it in there So these came from Sims, this is the mini tulips I Love these mini tulips. It is it's scary So I want to see I want to make sure they're gonna be seen so Yeah, we're gonna leave them pretty long About eight inch of a stem There we're gonna mix them the other tulip one we did is already in our bathroom mom Immediately wanted it in the bathroom. So that's where it went Okay See and once we get them in here, then if we need to add Some big grass in between them We just take and kind of add it in We will put Some up and some down But the first ones I put in I want them to be pretty long So I can make sure Yes, it could be cold weather sure good, but it's been a lot warmer here recently Well just didn't like the last We're also gonna take some short ones Put them in here Right up at the top Bo is I love tulips They're just so friendly See, it's it feels very loose right there So let's grab a little bit of our trick moss Just kind of shove it down in there and then I won't have to worry about this Coming out and we'll have to refix the bow about 35 times, but that's okay Some in here I love these and Honestly, they're so much better quality than Michaels and they're about the same price. I think so. These are from Sims. I think they're like 250 or something like that. I Want to say that's right They're worth it They stay on better. I Like these leaves better. They're just really pretty Let's put It also helps the glue stay the moss so You know a lot of times what happens is The glue heats and contracts in the heat and then the cold but if you have that Moss in there, it's not gonna do it as much Let's put some more yellow Thank you And what you can do too at the end is just kind of pull on things and if they're loose Stick a little bit of the moss Oh Isn't that pretty so I'm trying to keep the links where they are Right, so we have kind of some long ones going down. I Knew I was gonna need moss this one is really loose sometimes these grapevines are just This is a pretty grapevine though. So it's not too bad And you can put as many or as little as you want So Carolyn, I know you just joined we're putting moss in the grapevine Where it's loose to keep it from Being a problem Okay, so I'm pretty good with that side. Let's work on this Kind of pull this up Oh sweet Did you go to Michael's or did you get them from Sam's Let me see Yeah a little bit in here Yeah so in here Feel like I have I had too many kind of clumping together right in there But like I said, you can do as many I keep moving this one Or as few as you want I really like to Fill it up pretty decently That's okay There we go I'm about done with the tulips Yes, oh That's pretty All right. Now we'll just kind of look and see Where we need to add a little bit of bean grass Michael yeah These are from Sam's I really like the ones from Sam's They're just really pretty And they stay on a lot better And they're pretty much the same price. Of course, you do have to pay for shipping. So that part's no good but I'm just kind of looking for spots where it kind of seems like there might be a hole Or maybe you can't see the bean grass Here Still don't like something over here Think maybe There yeah, that's better, okay That was bugging me looks pretty good Right back in here. It kind of seems like it doesn't want to stay in place So I'm gonna put Probably a couple more back here So like right in here, it seems like there's a little hole there They're not really spreading out very well. So It's a little bit more kind of in there and right beneath this tulip There all right, let's see how it looks Yeah, oh That's pretty do you think I might need a tulip right here? Yeah There Stay right there. Yeah, that's good Isn't that pretty I Love it. It's all wild. Oh I see one more spot Where is that? Okay That's the thing when you have it sitting on a table Sometimes it's hard to see where your spots are Okay, so I just added one right here Isn't that pretty? Whoa, I have little blue strings all over me All right. That's pretty now I put a lot of tulips in mine, but you don't have to put that many and I put a lot of The big grass because I really like grass And we put a little bit of ficus in there and then we have the leaves from the tulips and then our bow So our bow is in there It's kind of really mixed in with the wreath Yeah, I like that a lot Sweet.
