Located in a gated community in northern Buenos Aires, Sukkha House is a contemporary residence composed of two stacked pure volumes that express formal simplicity and architectural precision. Organized around four patios, the home maximizes natural light, cross ventilation, and visual continuity while maintaining privacy.

Exposed concrete defines the main envelope, enhanced by wooden textures and large cantilevers that create a striking sense of weightlessness. Sliding planes, shading screens, and expansive glazing dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior, resulting in a refined, minimalist home where structure, materiality, and landscape merge seamlessly.
