A stunning 4.40 carat Ceylon sapphire and 0.96 carat diamond, 18 carat white gold cluster style dress ring; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections.

This stunning, fine and impressive blue sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 18ct white gold.

The pierced decorated, high profile ring setting is ornamented with a 4.40ct oval mixed cut Ceylon sapphire, claw set in relief to the centre of the cluster arrangement.

The central sapphire is encircled by twelve individually claw set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.

The multi-stranded design shank trifurcates and integrates with the main setting.

This vintage 1970's cocktail ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18ct gold.

The ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card*.

NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the sapphire originating in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and verifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
