Ancient wisdom greets you warmly dear visitors and friends
Today I want to discuss with you a profoundly essential radically transformative topic—one that even touches upon the very fabric of destiny
This topic is perhaps the greatest taboo that countless people are prone to violate
Whether you're homeschooling your children or managing subordinates in a company
It is precisely this forbidden thing that drains your energy and wears you down
Pouring out every ounce of effort only to achieve nothing while also depleting your vital energy and blood severely weakening your fundamental vitality
Even in old age illness clings to the body
Thus today's video can truly be said to align with divine timing touching the deepest wounds within the human soul
We must close off the environment gather the energy field in order to truly convey this truth
so that it truly reaches people's ears and sinks deep into their very bones
Our nation particularly values heartfelt emotions and is especially passionate
e education we receive whether from teachers at school or from our grandparents at home
They all teach us to be passionate to speak honestly and fully without holding back
Everyone has heard this saying: if you know something you should speak up without holding back
Yet how has this notion transformed in today's social climate
Turn on the TV to watch debate shows or open your phone to scroll through social
media—everywhere you look there's argument everywhere you turn there's debate
The current trend is to absolutely make an impact to influence others It seems that
if you don't express yourself clearly if you don't leave your opponent speechless
en you fail to demonstrate your true strength
Especially many adults in their 40s 50s and beyond
with rich life experience and having seen much in life
When you see your own children or notice the young people around you
even observing junior colleagues in the company taking the long way around
Doing things so clearly wrong that anyone can see them at a
glance yet feeling anxious as if ants were crawling on a hot pan
I understand that feeling all too well Truly I'd hate to be
able to cut off my own head and place it on someone else's neck
I wish I could instantly pass on decades of my experience to them You'
d risk everything to teach a lesson risk everything to give an example
Risking everything to change the other's mindset
determined to pull them back from the brink
But what about the outcome
Ask your own conscience during those quiet lonely nights
What is the usual result
Saying until lips are torn and tongue parched let alone to the
point of elevated blood pressure and drained vitality
But did the other party actually listen Did
they truly change because of your sincere advice
No They simply aren't listening Not only do they fail to feel
that you're doing it for them
but they even see you as an enemy
like a nagging voice a constant distraction
That's precisely why today's youth
instinctively want to stay away from you
You're as toxic to me as air pollution
I remember a few days ago an elderly woman over
60 came looking for me
That day she was dressed in such shabby
clothes yet her face was filled with sorrow
and as soon as she stepped through the door a wave of humiliation washed over her
He clutched his chest furrowed his brow tears welling up in his eyes
She told me she truly didn't understand
Clearly he's thinking only of his son He's
starting a business That
project is clearly a trap
She carefully unpacked every bit of
her past experience sharing
it with him urging him not to invest and warning him to proceed with caution
But why isn't it grateful The more
she devoted herself to teaching
it the clearer she made her
principles the more it resisted
Even before leaving the house
she shouted right in
her face saying the old woman was completely mistaken that she didn’t understand the world today
Could it be that in a past life she owed him something
That's why in this life she has to endure such humiliation
Looking at her I truly feel heartbroken
I told her to sit down Do
you know what I sensed People who
are full of resentment often
like to lecture others like that
The pulse commonly detected is usually
a large favorable pulse with qi flowing
superficially lacking a solid
foundation or it may be a fine weak pulse
Striking quickly but deeply results in emptiness
From the perspective of the
eyebrow tip this is the outward dispersion
of yang energy during the day flowing freely and uncontrollably
At night the yin energy quietly dissipates
Because you're anxious you can't sleep
I spoke frankly to her I told her
Mother you're wrong You're
completely wrong You've turned your
good intentions into something
toxic that makes others resentful
Transforming the wisdom accumulated over the years into
cheap worthless trash—this is
defying the very laws of nature
In the eyes of the Daoist
master even at the higher levels of wisdom
actively seeking to persuade others
to regard oneself as a teacher
Chasing after others just
to ram in
moral lessons isn't truly compassion nor is it genuine concern
but it is a terrifying
form of deformity a
calamity upon the body Therefore today
I will employ the foundational principles of the Huangdi Neijing
combined with the deepest wisdom
of the Mountain-Water Meng hexagram
the Book of Changes to perform a profound surgical examination
of teaching and the mind
We need to clear the name of education which has
long been misunderstood by secular society
This lesson is not about teaching you
become detached—not to teach
you to be selfish and only think
of yourself but to help you
navigate this confusing world
Learn to hold your words in silence
learn to wait for the
right moment learn
to achieve what you want without saying a word Did
you all hear that clearly
Raise your hand calm your
mind This is the supreme art
worth a thousand golds yet
impossible to buy
the hidden code
elp you escape the sea of suffering caused by
relationships Before discussing the profound
and mysterious principles of the I Ching we
must begin by addressing
the root of the issue
from a medical standpoint to perform a detailed surgery on the illness
one must first be
willing to become a teacher to others we must clearly understand that when you go out to teach others
What terrifying changes are actually
taking place inside your body
People often think that teaching
others is merely talking that it's
a good deed accumulating virtue
doing something kind But in
my eyes
In traditional Chinese medicine
any excessive exertion or forced
effort that goes against the natural
order is considered to be depleting
and harm themselves in the process
The ancient sages in the book Mencius
once said a phrase
The great fire within a person lies in the fact that
wants to teach others
Don't think this is merely a moral warning telling you
not to be arrogant or to
stop believing you're superior
In essence it is a powerful
physical warning the highest
level of protection our
ancestors provided for our health
Why is it called major fire From
a medical perspective the habit of
being overly preachy brings about
three very specific physiological harms
The first point is called excessive talking
depletes vital energy and harms the lung network
Dong Mei said the lungs govern qi enabling
smooth respiration through all the meridians
The lungs are the sovereign
of the body
responsible for overseeing all aspects of qi What is qi Qi
is the essence of blood
Qi is the driver of blood and when qi
moves blood moves
All vital activities
of the human body depend on
this single breath of qi to sustain them
When you never stop speaking never cease
expressing yourself—especially when
you provoke debate stir up preaching—
your vital energy continuously dissipates
It was leaked externally
People can easily sense it—after
delivering a lengthy lecture in the
afternoon or following a heated
argument with someone don’t you feel it
Are you especially tired That
kind of fatigue isn't the
soreness from physical exertion but rather
a feeling of profound weakness
It came from deep within the bones
Even at times I didn't feel like eating
just wanted to lie down
That's exactly what leukorrhea is The more you talk
The energy disperses with the sound Once the energy has
scattered what can possibly be
held onto Blood will follow suit
Yet they're either exhausted or emotionally drained
That's why you see people
who love traveling everywhere to teach others
often appearing pale and drained
No visible redness
This is the manifestation of deficient qi
Or an unhealthy
flush with a face reddened as if painted with rouge
But that's not a good complexion
—it's merely a superficial flush
The reason is that your lower kidney water has become cold
causing your slight fire to
rise upward toward the head
Even more frightening is that
to convince others
you must not only speak with your mouth but also summon your entire mind
You must focus intently on observing
your opponent's reactions think
hard about how to counter them and
carefully organize your arguments
Because of their disobedience and
stubbornness they became
anxious and irritable
This is known as mental overexertion
The mind is the supreme ruler of
the body the divine
emperor of intellect governing the entire spirit
When this emperor fell into a
coma powerless he could no longer
sustain control over the five viscera and six bowels below
Internal affairs immediately sparked a series of events
That's why I often say
those who talk too much find it hard to live a long life
because they are exhausting their own divine energy
The second point is called
lust anger and sorrow consume
anger ignites metal
When you proactively teach others you
secretly harbor an expectation within yourself
You teach them because you
want to change them hoping
they'll listen to you follow
your words and become better
But you must understand
human nature is deeply stubborn mountains and
rivers may change but
one's true character is
hard to alter Most of the time
Others won't listen to you
especially when they themselves
haven't recognized the issue What will you do then
When reality doesn't meet your
expectations you'll feel angry
disappointed and frustrated at
being unable to turn iron into steel
This feeling in the body is known as "unfulfilled longing " causing
the vital energy of the lower abdomen to become constricted
The liver governs the initial secretion and regulation of qi
If frustrated just
let it out You want them to change
but they don't change always
having that thought blocked
Where should it be blocked
Right at the kinh can point The
stagnating energy in the body will then swirl and turn
into fire
This flame of ignorance will rise upward scorching your head
and causing dizziness potentially
leading to high blood pressure
Sudden ghostly appearance
It can also cause lateral movement
counteracting the earth element where
wood overpowers earth leading to stomach pain poor appetite and bloating
Even more it can
eliminate
tangible bodily waste
such as breast and
uterine fibroids in women
yroid nodules in men
Many cases are actually due to qi stagnation
that manifests in this way
I once treated a man
a retired schoolteacher
He greatly enjoyed
teaching life lessons
After retiring he still disciplined
his grandson strictly correcting
any slight misbehavior immediately
Reasoning with him for half a day You wouldn't
listen
he got so furious he was nearly dying
Later he developed severe liver cancer and ascites
I told him that
This illness isn't caused by diet
but by excessive worry The oppressive
energy he's long suppressed in his belly has finally taken its toll
He had severely damaged his liver
That is precisely the price paid for anger harming the liver The third point is known as qi
depletion damaging the kidneys
It fundamentally shakes the foundation
This is the most serious matter
Education is a matter that must be considered in terms of energy levels and flow
In the I Ching
The Măng hexagram speaks
of correspondence and the pursuit of learning Seeking oneself is
not seeking others It means one is only truly
sought when the other party comes to seek you
When they are in a
lower position and you are in a higher one
your energy can naturally flow
downward just like a waterfall
That energy is nurturing
it flows freely
If you do the opposite they
won't seek you out instead you' ll be the one seeking them
chasing after them to teach them
That is an inverted action—working in
a posture that defies the natural order
From the perspective of qi circulation
in Traditional Chinese Medicine you are
activating your kidney meridian to reach
your innate constitutional foundation
o force a stone
that cannot be moved
The heart believes it is the body 's energy
source When you try to
change someone who doesn't want to
change you are forced to expend energy
An enormous amount of energy
to counteract their karma
This is known as consuming one's life force
Thus you'll notice people who
particularly enjoy teaching children
especially imparting big life lessons to others often age very
quickly
Their hair turns white
early their teeth fall out
early their back aches and
their limbs grow weary their vitality
declines Why Because teeth are bone
The kidneys govern the
bones The vitality of the kidneys manifests
in the hair The kidney meridian has
been harmed by an insatiable mouth
And the heart that constantly seeks
to change others inevitably runs dry
Therefore the first rule I want to share
with you—also a piece
of advice for staying
safe from a physiological perspective—is
this: unless someone else truly means it
Kneel and beg you
unless someone else is crying out and asking you
what to do otherwise absolutely
don't go out of your way to offer advice
Never under any circumstances deliberately
take on the role of someone else's
teacher Your wisdom is your own inner
deity your personal treasury of knowledge
They are the jewels you earn through
half a lifetime of experience and hardship
How can you shove something as rigid as a roadside flyer into someone
else's hands The harder you push the
more they'll see it as an imposition
Trash casually tossed aside
Others not valuing it
is natural since it was obtained
too easily But the danger lies
More than anything you risked
your very life and drained your
spirit and vitality—now that’
s truly the worst loss of all
Having finished discussing physiology
we will now turn to the profound
far-reaching and seemingly unpredictable
yet incredibly practical wisdom
of the I Ching In this video
we must truly eat our way through
one hexagram which is the hexagram Mèng
Misty mountains and flowing waters
Try picturing this image in your
mind The I Ching contains eight trigrams and sixty-four hexagrams
Each hexagram is a miniature model of the universe and human life The hexagram
Mèng has a mountain above
It is the Mountain Trigram
symbolizing forests and lofty
mountains Below is water the Water Trigram representing
For wisdom for the flow
Mountain above water below
that is the buttocks
Try to imagine when you step into
a deep mountain forest above
towering peaks blocking the view
leaving you uncertain
where the path ahead leads
That's called a ridge But down at the foot of the mountain you can
clearly hear the sound of a rushing
stream You know there's water there
Intelligent and full of vitality yet you cannot see it for
the water is
weighed down by the dense heavy mountain
and concealed beneath thick vegetation
That is precisely the state of
茫然
When a person is born
or when we face a new field
a completely unfamiliar environment
That is precisely the state
of affairs Deep within us
there is a subtle intuition
like an underground stream
It is life it possesses potential
yet it is obscured by external
ignorance veiled by habitual tendencies
hidden beneath that very mountain
Cannot overflow
At this moment the one in a
state of confusion needs what They need
to be awakened they need someone
to help them scale that distant peak
or help them find a way for the stream to flow so wisdom
may pour forth But the greatest
and most wondrous thing is
The essence of the I Ching lies
right here It doesn't simply instruct
us to go forth and open others It
states that opening requires conditions
There is a strict rule
a rigorous procedure
If you do not follow this procedure
unlocking will turn into disaster
Quẹ Mông's words were crystal
clear Just a few brief words
each one as precious as Jade
Pearl Falling flat on the buttocks
Fall down the buttocks
This is the phrase spoken by all those who serve as teachers
parents and anyone who aspires to be a noble person
They must be etched into your bones even
written down and placed by your bedside
Being unrighteous is not the same
as being wrong It's not about being a teacher
The child longs to go to school not
because someone else pushes it but
because the child itself begins the desire
feels confusion and yearns to learn
Then proactively went to seek
the teacher to instruct them Could it be that ancient people didn't understand the concept of zǐbī
Absolutely not
This is related to
A fundamental issue concerning
autonomy deeper still the law of the spirit
and the transmission of energy
If it were me asking you
to study like in today's
society many parents
would be worried—truly the universal concern of parents everywhere
Every day you chase after your
child to feed them fearing they'll
go hungry Every
day you chase after your child to their extra classes
Fearful of falling behind the teacher stood
on the podium pleading
with students to listen Even going
to great lengths to get them to study
ad to come up with all sorts of tricks to win
their favor What was the result
The result was that Chuah wasn't thirsty
at all yet kept being forced to drink
You press the little water
beetle's head underwater Does the beetle
thank you No it will
hate you until death It won't even drink
and could even kick you in the back with its hoof
Or even suck you in with its horns
That's exactly why
Why is today's education system
failing so badly Why are parent-child
relationships so strained Why are
children experiencing depression
It's gotten so rebellious again
Because we've completely reversed course
We've gone too far
Please forgive me
Using a slightly awkward word—
yet only this one truly captures
that state—our intellect has
become dangerously undervalued
We turn a lifetime of
experience into a heavenly aid
fearing others won't know fearing they won't learn
Immediately forced them in
The I Ching tells us that
wisdom is a precious thing
and precious things are
One must follow the noble path of supplication
Just as when you visit a temple to pray to Buddha do
you wash and change your clothes Don 't
you kneel and offer incense
If a bodhisattva naturally came
running to your house saying "Come on
I'll protect you " would you believe
it You might even think otherwise
He's a fraud
You must make the other party feel different
This sense of difference is
extremely important Only when they feel different does it matter
so thirsty they were on the verge of burning
up feeling they would die without water
That was when they began searching everywhere for water
At that point all you need to do is
Gently show them a path
Say there's water there and
they'll rush toward it
like madmen drinking deeply
Even if it's mixed with mud and sand
they still recognize it as a golden
orange and will respect you for
life regarding you as their lifesaver
On the other hand if they're not even thirsty
—especially
with their stomachs already full of cola and soft drinks—how can you
expect them to drink from a juice tube
Premium purified
mineral water they will
surely feel you're plotting against them
They may choke on water push you away and even harbor resentment toward you
for life Therefore I am
here to earnestly advise everyone
Reclaim your kindness
Shut your mouth
Be someone like a towering mountain
That is the symbol of the Kǎn trigram
Firmly seated silent motionless
as still as a mountain Yet within you
there must be order and discipline
It is the water of the Kan
trigram You must truly possess
wisdom and genuine resolve to
manifest this through your actions
Through your aura
you make others
perceive your strength and wisdom
Let them naturally grow curious
naturally feel awe
wondering in their hearts how calmly this person can be
There must be a way Let
them come forward on their own respectfully asking you
Master how should
this matter ultimately be handled
Please guide me Teacher
At that moment say just
two sentences Remember only
two sentences This is called a moment of insight
Those two sentences are worth a thousand pieces of gold
They could instantly clear their blocked meridians
That is true education in harmony
with the natural order That
is the genuine meaning of the Mountain-Water Mung hexagram
Let us delve deeper into the essence of the Mông hexagram Inner
wisdom only deepens
one's intuitive understanding This
hexagram offers a remarkably clear analysis
different stages different
objects of education
First look at Hao Sulu
who said that Famen exploited the
mannequin used the cup theory
and revived the past command
This sentence carries great weight
especially for parents with children at the age of adolescence
or for
leaders managing such situations
A rebellious subordinate group
What is exploiting the avatar
It means during the initial phase of opening up
in the era of Awakening
For teenagers who are still naive or
newcomers to the company who don't yet
understand the value of experience
disciplinary measures may even be necessary
Apply strict measures Because when people are
still ignorant their minds
are confused and unclear
Unable to distinguish right from wrong black
from white behavior becomes careless
and impulsive driven by instinct At this point no
matter how much you speak of lofty principles
Speaking in terms of moral
principle they won't listen
You must help them build their inner
strength help them break through the hard
shell of ignorance just as a chick pecks
its way out of the eggshell to emerge
It can't emerge without breaking
its shell but the process of
breaking through is incredibly
painful and extremely dangerous
Therefore as a teacher one who opens the mind
you must act with the sudden
force of thunder and lightning making
it clear to others where they stand
Today many educational perspectives
emphasize happiness in education
encouragement-based learning and building friendships with children
I'm telling you a
great many of them are
either false or have been misunderstood
Without suffering how can
there be enlightenment without
discipline how can there be order
You must help them understand that
Putting your hand into the fire will get
you burned if you make a mistake you must pay the price
That pain is actually the best way to protect them
But here there's a very large pit
something everyone must pay close attention to
Absolutely never fall into that
Those are the final three words of the past decree
Decree means deadlock
means humiliation
There is no way forward
This statement means tha
f you keep relying on force if you
keep pushing forward aggressively if
you keep exerting control if
you keep lashing out from behind
In the end it was simply an order
What does that signify It
shows that tension is just
as much a tactic as punishment—
everything is merely strategy
Moreover it was an unavoidable tactic
You can't punish just because you can
punish You can't discipline merely because
you can discipline Much less can you turn
it into a tool to vent your own emotions
The true intention
is to liberate oneself
through teaching Here the word "teach
" means to release to help the other person remove the chains束缚 on their body
free themselves from the
constriction of nasal obstruction to
achieve spiritual freedom if
the opponent does not accept it
If the other party develops
resistance do not continue your
efforts cease further instruction and stop reproaching them
Because at that moment scolding them is
only deepening the grudge You'll find
that the more you try to control them
the stronger their resistance becomes
In the end you become so
angry that you fall ill your breast
tissue proliferates and they
treat you like a ghost for life
Even when you're old they
won' t want to see you Therefore the
true message of the book of
songs is actually telling us tha
Education carries risks openness demands vigilance only the
balanced integration of strength
and gentleness achieves true mastery
If you don't have a diamond drill
don't take on the job of drilling through that
material If you see the opponent isn't the
right match for that kind of material
or if the timing is wrong
immediately remain silent and withdraw Do not force
your point just to prove you're right
for fear of cornering the other party
At the same time they also put themselves in a difficult position
Next let's examine the
ninth and second hexagrams
This is the most favorable outcome in the Mèng hexagram
and also the highest ideal
that teachers and parents strive to achieve
Belly full husband exhausted death harms the family What is
meant by "bao mông"
"Bao" means tolerance
means capacity to hold
It is like the thick earth
that supports all things
A great teacher a
truly wise parent
their hearts as vast as the ocean
They can tolerate the other's
ignorance forgive their mistakes
accept their slowness and
even endure offensive behaviors
They don't get angry because the other person doesn't
understand nor do they erupt over
mistakes made for they know tha
s a state of innocence a natural
condition an inevitable path
toward growth Just as a sapling
grows into a towering tree
There will surely be times when it grows crooked
and inevitably times when it gets bitten by pests
In life why
are we so easily angered so quick
to lose control and so
eager to convince others
The root of the problem lies in our
limited capacity—our hearts are too small to
hold another's ignorance too small to hold another's mistakes
Deep down we always wonder how can
you not understand such a simple principle
How can you be so foolish I'
ve told you already eight hundred times
Why can't you remember
Arrogance irritability that
sense of superiority—those
are the fire Fire overcomes
metal thus harming the lungs
Excessive heat harms the kidneys
The one who carries the buttocks is either water or mountain
A mountain can absorb space
The water that nourishes all things without contention
They see you as thick-skinned and foolish
seeing you make mistakes
Seeing you headfirst into the wall
they simply stand beside you
giving you time giving you space
allowing you to make mistakes
How strong was that resolve Wait until you've built up
enough resilience then
you'll feel the pain yourself
Headbutting the wall until exhaustion bled from sheer weariness you turn
back to find
them—smiling welcoming you home
Not only did they not mock you but they
comforted you first then gently pointed out your mistakes
This is known as bearing
a spouse's temperament—just as in ancient times
when marrying a wife required tolerance of her character and disposition
Then the family became harmonious
Here is the metaphor for reception
That is known as the teacher's enduring grace Your
children your students with
such tolerance and understanding
Under such timely guidance they were finally able to
mature and take on the
responsibilities of family life
bringing prosperity to the family's legacy
A responsible family member is not merely polite within the household
but someone who can take on and manage household duties effectively
can take the form of ancestral lineage
Therefore the second ironclad rule
I want to pass on to you is
genuine education
True education is not about
persuasion but about tolerance
and patience You must cultivate a certain inner stillness
See through people without exposing
them understand them without judging
Seeing them take the long way that
too is a form of compassion for it is
the karmic lesson they
must endure the lifelong lesson of this lifetime
They have to complete it themselves
You raise them for
them and they'll never truly
grow up forever remaining just a big child
Can you resist speaking Can
you resist putting your hands
in These are the ten checkpoints
testing your moral integrity
Silence often requires more
wisdom and courage than speaking up
We've just finished discussing the
physiological reasons why speaking
too much should be avoided—it's
very easy to harm one's intelligence
but that was merely the first
step in a long journey The
following content truly tests everyone's moral integrity
because we are about to reach the most
delicate and elusive
mechanism in human nature
Within the Mông hexagram lies an extremely iconic line
even bordering on cold detachment
which states: The initial inquiry warns repeated indulgence leads to great harm
Reader silent
This sentence nearly lays bare the profound truth
between people
Literally
When diviners first cast the oracle the
initial response from the divine spirit reveals
whether the outcome is auspicious or inauspicious known as the preliminary inquiry
But if you're not satisfied
with that result or don't believe it keep asking again and again
over and over without end
That is called solitary
In the I Ching such behavior is seen as disrespectful
meaning you are showing contempt toward the divine
Dismissing intelligence
dismissing the very process of serious inquiry itself
The reader having lost respect
is already contemptible
once that happens there's no point in saying
more Having lost faith wisdom is gone
I won't tell you either
I'll stay silent
Even if I know there's a cliff ahead I won't say another word
Listen to this
isn't it terribly harsh
Isn't it utterly callous
I'm telling you this isn't
cruelty but compassion even more it's the
most sophisticated psychological strategy
s also the universe's immutable
law of energy conservation
Each person should reflect quietly
for human nature has a major flaw
that we often undervalue what comes easily
you'll never learn to appreciate it
If the same thing is given to you for free
even forced into your
hands you'll say thank you out of politeness
but deep down they really don 't
value it even finding it
cheap and unworthy If you meet all your child's demands
It answers every question you ask right away
sometimes even before you ask it rushes after your back
giving directions on how to do this or that
What would it think then
It will feel like your words
are worth nothing as
ordinary as air It will think with parents
taking care of everything already
And so it stopped
thinking stopped growing
Only when you learn to say
no to it only when you apply
healthy boundaries will it panic will it
wake up It will think
Why don’t my parents pay any attention
to me this time—did I do something wrong
That sense of confusion
and emptiness will compel
it to reflect inward and seek answers on its own
After enduring countless hardships and struggles it
finally understood your intention
then turned back to ask恳求
She now truly feels your
guidance is immeasurably precious worth more than a
thousand gold coins
In traditional Chinese medicine there is a profound principle known as
guiding fire back to its origin
Today's youth have excessively strong heart fire
They're so impatient always wanting to leap
to the top in a single
bound If you try to lecture them
it's like pouring oil on a fire
You have to douse them with a bucket of cold water
to calm them down
so that this wild flame can subside
and return easily to its original source
Only when their minds
have calmed and settled
will your words take root in them like seeds
Only then can it take root
easily sprout bloom and bear
fruit Therefore learn how to
say no learn how to stay silent
It's not just about self-protection but also an
advanced teaching method
don't be a useless busybody
Called you come asked you answer Be
the one who appears only after a thousand
calls like a stream that flickers in and
out of sight Later when others ask you
especially those who only know how to leave without a word asking a question and
replying with only half a sentence leaving the
rest for them to figure out on their own
Self-realization is what truly
nourishes them
everything else you force
upon them is just rubbish
likely to cause indigestion Having said this
Surely someone will wonder and ask me: I understand the
principle perfectly but I'm
just too soft-hearted myself
Especially when seeing my own child or close friends
rushing into the fire How
could I possibly stay silent
How do I know when to speak and when not to
Should I just sit by and
watch them harm themselves
That's a very insightful question
This relates to the issue
of timing In traditional Chinese medicine
treatment emphasizes observation listening inquiry and pulse-taking
When navigating relationships
and deciding whether to
speak up we must also learn to observe the atmosphere
Look at their expression observe their aura
if their eyes are unfocused
and wandering unsettled
or with an air of disdain and arrogance you fall
silent immediately At this moment every
word you speak is pointless
even bringing upon themselves disgrace
They are utterly unprepared
to receive your intellect
your innovation
And they are off balance
If their eyes were fixed
with longing even glistening
with tears filled with bewilderment and despair
At this moment their hearts
are open You may
speak but only enough to convey your message Do not go on and on endlessly
Don't bring up all your old grievances In the Dao
De Jing Laozi says Those
who know do not speak much
Those who talk much often don't truly know Those
who deeply understand the way prefer not to speak much
because they recognize the limits of language Those
who talk excessively usually grasp only half the truth
Then go around boasting
You must learn to observe the circumstances of the other person
If the timing isn't right it's fate
their karma hasn't yet been resolved
You cannot force it
She's here now just
tap once and it's done
Especially within the family
with children or a partner I give
everyone these eight words: Speak
less act more teach by example
You want your child
to be diligent then you must be diligent yourself first Don't
just lie on the couch scrolling through your phone
You want your child to be filial
Then yourself show filial
piety toward your parents—wash their feet
so your child can see The power
of silent education is limitless
Like spring rain soaking the
earth it seeps in silently
Children grow up from your
back not from your complaints
And those who constantly talk
about principles all day are mostly
people who can't do it themselves
yet expect others to do it for them
That is a lack of virtue a wasting of blessings
Friends by now we've thoroughly analyzed the
pathological mechanism behind excessive
talking as well as the profound insight
of the Mèng hexagram in the I Ching
as well as why actively choosing
deceit only harms oneself
I believe people's minds have finally begun to clear that burning desire to
lecture others has cooled somewhat and
inner passion has diminished as well
But I know habits are very hard to change When you encounter
someone who makes you angry
rage will still flare up
So this is just about breaking
conventions We can't merely
say what not to do we must
also know what to do instead
How to conceal your intelligence
transforming it into an
energy field that protects you
How to navigate relationships
In a complex society you
might use apparent foolishness to counter the scheming
of petty people especially when dealing
with bad individuals and harmful situations
And what must we face Are there
specific mental techniques to guard
the mouth and resolve conflicts Next
I will reveal these secret methods
Take out the hidden scroll from the chest and pass it on
to your companions The three-dimensional mental cultivation technique
has been lost for a long time
These three evenings are not
about enduring委屈 or忍耐 but about teaching you
how to go with the flow and redirect
the energy that's eager to burst outward
Mold it into a golden elixir nurturing life
within the body This is both the way of worldly
cultivation and the great path of nourishing
life Did you hear that
clearly Raise your hand now
Calm down This is a priceless secret for nurturing
health and vitality in old
age—worth more than gold
The first technique is fundamental and
also the most immediately effective
known as "sealing the mouth like a
jar " The name sounds very simple
But achieving that requires
real effort Why can't
you control your urge to speak
Because your energy is scattered
Your spirit is burning water
cannot extinguish the fire of the heart When you're
about to speak words of advice to others
pay attention to your own physical state
Your upper body definitely leans forward neck
stiffens eyes widen breath
comes quick and shallow
In the inner sanctum it is called
the supreme qi of vitality the divine spirit does not reside there
At this moment all energy is
focused entirely in the throat
and tongue ready to fire a
bullet like a fully loaded gun
Just waiting for the grass to grow
How do I tame it
How do I put this gun away
I'll teach you a very simple move
yet with immense power
Whenever you feel like opening
your mouth to lecture someone
or correct another person
especially in the moment the fire
first flares up that overwhelming
sensation you simply can't put into words your very first instinc
It's performing a motion known as the tongue
button Press your lips tightly together then
move your tongue inside your mouth swirling it
between your teeth and the roof of your throat
Turn clockwise 36 times
then counterclockwise
36 times continuing until
saliva fills your mouth
In the capital city that saliva
is known as
"new jade nectar " also referred to as "divine dew "
Then divide this precious saliva into three slow
deliberate swallows gently
letting it go down glug
As the knot arises visualize channeling the fiery energy that wants
to burst forth—transform that urge
to scold into something constructive
Guided down the esophagus
pressing through the chest then the stomach and
finally descending straight to the lower dantian
The Guanyuan point located about three inches below the navel In traditional Chinese medicine
this is known as "guiding fire back to its origin "
Also known as heart-kidney interaction
You originally intended to spit fire
hurting others
and ultimately harming yourself burning away your vital energy
Take that flame back and
use it to repair the water
furnace of your body
harmonizing fire and water
That is known as transforming qi into fiery jade Not only does it not
deplete vital energy but it also strengthens the kidneys
and nourishes the five viscera and six bowels
At the same time as you swallow
saliva within your mouth silently recite this
mantra Words cannot convey it fully
even immortals would
find it hard to save
When words are spoken fate takes its course Remind yourself
constantly that heavenly secrets
must never be revealed lightly
Everyone's fate is predetermined If you speak of it before it'
s allowed you will have broken
the rules of the celestial realm
Heaven will punish you diminishing
your fortune and longevity
Keeping your mouth closed is not merely about secrecy
but also preserving your vital energy
sustaining your life
Look at a vase
If the mouth of the vase is wide open
The liquid or gas
inside will quickly evaporate and change
state if the container is sealed
the gas will be trapped inside
Eventually becoming fine aged wine You
are that bottle yourself You must be the
one who seals the bottle the one nurturing
the precious wine of your own life
The second strategy is an advanced mental technique
the essence of the Mèng hexagram in the I Ching
known as advancing by retreating
As we mentioned earlier it's not
us seeking students but students
seeking us Many people don't
understand how to apply it properly
Then she asked me "Am I just supposed
to sit here pretending to play
waiting for someone to beg me to
join What if they never come at all "
That's not correct
Pretending to retreat is negative it's a desperate maneuver
Withdrawing to advance is truly penetrating deep into the enemy's territory
it's summoning reinforcements to counterattack
You must be like
Jiang Ziya fishing with a straight hook—let whoever
wants to be caught
do so You must have
bait When you wish to teach someone
Don't give them the
answer straight away That's a last resort
For example you're a seasoned veteran of the business world
Seeing his son making a
disastrous business decision
You know that option is definitely utterly doomed
Don't jump to speak right away—
this won't do it's too
immature — you must listen to me I'm
saying this to prove I've grown up
Out of pride it
will recklessly carry out
that wrong decision just to oppose you
So what should
you do Just say one sentence—uh honey this
idea is interesting
too quite creative
When you say those two words—
But then the voice
should be slightly slower the gaze
a bit deeper
and immediately
fall silent—no more words
Walk away to make tea or read the newspaper
Now the uncertainty hangs in the air
it will linger
in your heart making you restless and eager to chase after answers
But what is it
huh Is something wrong
Just tell me You
didn’t say anything back then either
Stay calm gaze at it
with quiet depth speak as if not
speaking then
slowly explain
This matter runs deep
There are plenty of tricks involved
Think about it yourself give
it a try in the market
When you truly can't figure it out
or get stuck with an unresolved problem just go back and ask
her This is known
as leaving the taste hanging
In Traditional Chinese Medicine it's known as fixed blood stasis
You spark its curiosity
instantly capturing its full attention
Its mind will fixate on
this It will dwell on
what lies behind you Work must
be taken more seriously
Only when it truly fails to
come up with ideas truly stumbles
in the marketplace hits a brick
wall will it be in what state
She’ll recall your hesitant half-uttered words that
day then rush back to
carefully pour you a cup of tea
Even while rubbing your back I
say Mom ginger's still spicier
than ever I'm truly out of ideas
just show me the way forward
That was the perfect moment
At that time it was broken
you were real it was soft you
were firm its cup was empty
Only when your water flows into it can it be
filled Then the words you speak
will be nectar
falling onto the parched field within its heart
It will be remembered forever and cherished like a precious treasure
But if from the very beginning you let it all out
it's like a flood released in full force
The flood will drown
the young sapling yet
it still blames you for meddling for speaking up
So friends
learn to be patient hold back from giving answers
hold back from playing savior
Being cautious doesn't make you a hero
Be a gatekeeper letting the other
person step willingly into the
world of your wisdom—that is
precisely what the I Ching teaches
A noble person keeps their strength hidden
within waiting for the right moment to act
That moment is precisely when the other
party comes seeking
them Before that instant
You're just an ordinary old
man or woman somewhat
forgetful at times In reality we've
encountered another situation as well
The opponent isn't just
foolish but also malicious stubbornly refusing to
change and even petty
What should I do now
The hexagram Mèng provides us with very clear guidance through two lines One
is the topmost line the ninth in the upper trigram
Talking about spanking
"Kích" means to strike to punish
For those who repeatedly fail to improve
even harboring deceitful intentions you
can no longer afford to remain forgiving—
you must learn to employ strategic scrutiny
urting him making him pay the price
But there's a crucial precondition
Adversity is an advantage
meaning the punishment you inflict
Not to vent personal anger
for then you would become a tyrant
but to defend yourself
against the corrupt influence he exerts
called desire's snare
Meaning a warning
to cut losses to prevent him from further
harming others and himself
but to prove you're stronger than him
Hai represents the yang line in the sixth
position of the lower trigram symbolizing a favorable
and auspicious state—the most favorable condition of the Mông hexagram
Like a child innocent and
humble the people naturally
follow For such a person even
if slower or slightly less wise
You should still be forgiving as we've discussed
like the mother earth
that supports and guides them
Therefore the third rule I want to share with you is
to look at the person before acting
Not everyone deserves
to hear your precious words
Those who can teach should be rewarded those who
cannot should be kept at a distance Those
who stubbornly refuse correction must be
repelled Clarity in distinction is essential
Don't be a well-intentioned fool
For someone you stubbornly try to teach
despite being unable to connect with them
that's like trying to teach a
bull with broken ears—simply a fool's errand
For those who stubbornly refuse to
change and whom you continue tolerate
without standing firm that is enabling evil
and it makes you reckless
You create your own karma
Wisdom is not just about saying the right
thing but saying it to the right person
The third technique is the highest-level mind method known
as inner contemplation to nourish the spirit
Many people dare not stay
silent for fear of feeling cold of being forgotten of
doubting their own existence of believing they don’t
matter if they don’t speak
Then everyone will forget themselves
But the true sense of existence
doesn't come from a voice shouting out
but from the inner aura that sustains
Buddhist teachings speak of the power of absorption
When a revered elder sits there
saying not a single word
even with eyes closed
Those around naturally fall silent overcome with emotion
even moved to tears wanting to pay their respects
Why
His magnetic field was so powerful
it directly overwhelmed
yours He didn't need to speak—simply being
near him was a form of teaching
What is the nature of such a mindset
It stems from long-term accumulation
When you keep your wisdom hidden
within not displaying it outwardly
Your energy will ferment within
your body evaporating from within The more you speak the
more your vital essence dissipates the less
you speak the more your essence fills you
When the spirit is full the energy is strong
when the energy is strong the mind is clear
I'll teach you a very simple practice method
Spend half an hour each day alone
turn off your phone turn off the TV
Find a comfortable sitting position close your
eyes and place the tip of your tongue against
the roof of your mouth Don't think about
teaching anyone don't think about who might have wronged you
Don't think about tomorrow's
stock just focus on your own
breath Breathe in deeply
exhale slowly Imagine your body
Like a deep vast and silent valley this
is the mountain of the Măng hexagram
The sound outside is the wind
blowing through without leaving a trace
Within you lies the still deep water of a pond
the water of the Mèng hexagram
Deep and unseen
still and undisturbed clear enough
to see the bottom
When you cultivate such a calm and composed demeanor
stepping into a crowd
you don't need to争辩
nor argue until your face turns red
You simply need to sit there with a compassionate gaze
profound understanding and a
gentle smile directed at everyone
While others argue you
quietly smile silently
observing them like children
playing when others boast
You nod silently acknowledging
that you now understand Wait
until everyone is exhausted with
no way left to uncover the truth
You're the calmest
presence of all Everyone 's gaze will naturally
be drawn to you
Now speak slowly and
calmly your voice neither loud nor
weak but steady and
firm clearly stating the one
crucial point that serves as the focal point
In that moment you were the unshakable
anchor of the entire scene That’s
what it means—silent until you speak
and when you do it’
s utterly staggering
With this mind cultivation practice keep your mouth sealed like a tightly
closed jar retreat one step to
advance two nurture your spirit through
inner reflection if applied to family education
It's truly miraculous
Many parents especially mothers
are highly prone to nagging
Every day feels like a machine
constantly churning out complaints
Go do your homework already
stop playing with your phone
put on another jacket and eat more vegetables From a
Traditional Chinese
medicine perspective
Smoke is merely ash not
a great fire it doesn't burn
people to death but rather
feels like a buzzing mosquito
rowing the heart into turmoil extremely
harmful to blood health
Growing up over time in an environment filled with constant criticism
will lead to two possible
outcomes One is that no matter what you say
it will simply pass by their ears like a breeze
Your words are utterly worthless
no matter how loudly you shout they won 't
even bother to listen Secondly the
weapon's energy is being compressed
erupted turned extreme
defiant ran away from home
even committed acts of extremism
Thus wise parents all learn
the art of silence as the I Ching's hexagram
Meng makes perfectly clear—first
they speak then they remain quiet
After saying it over and over there's no need to say it again
Never repeating more than three times
is an iron rule: one reminder is
enough two is excessive three or
more means you're
already overdoing it
To undermine the dignity of
education is to insult the child's intelligence What if
the child refuses to listen
Many parents fear their children will be at a disadvantage
I'm telling you let
it suffer early let it hurt it's not
wearing a shirt You told
it once and it didn't listen
So let it get cold once that'll teach it a cold
Feverish now hot now uncomfortable now next time
it'll learn to put on a coat on its own
That's called bodily memory
It doesn't do homework so
it gets punished by the
teacher once once humiliated
She won't eat properly so
take the bowl away and let her
go hungry for a meal That's called natural consequence
It's about exploiting the punishment within the Mèng hexagram
But be careful
when it's punished when it's in pain
Absolutely don't pour gasoline on the fire by saying things like "See If you'd just
listened to your parents none of this would'
ve happened—you deserved it for not listening "
That's disgusting—like a
knife to the heart utterly
ineffective What should
you do Just
cover your butt
Silently you pour it a cup of warm water and
prepare cold medicine Or when it's too
hungry
Then cook it a bowl of noodles and say nothing at all
No scolding no reproach
Let your actions
speak the love your parents have for you
But the path is yours to walk the
suffering is yours to bear and the responsibility is yours to carry
At this moment the child will
feel deep shame and immense
gratitude thinking how truly
remarkable its parents are
They knew the outcome early on yet
still respected me
allowing me to learn
from my mistakes Moreover even when I
was hurt they loved me unconditionally
Such education truly penetrates
to the core nurturing children
who are both responsible and
intelligent You the in-depth conte
About unspoken words a mark
of the mind to safeguard life today
I have poured out my heart and soul to share with you
Regarding the ailments of the body
At the heart of the I Ching lies the
journey from cultivating the mind's inner art
to applying it in daily life We
must understand that wisdom is a weapon
It's a lucky blade
What are the weapons used for
For self-protection to eliminate
evil and uphold righteousness
—not to show off in the marketplace nor to flaunt recklessly
Harming others The Dao De Jing says
The sharp weapons of a state are not for display before the people
You daily hang wisdom on your lips
Traveling everywhere to persuade
others is no different than holding
a legendary sword of unmatched power in your hands
Everyone I meet asks if my sword is
fast—let me slice an apple for you
What’s the outcome Others see
you merely as a shell-shopper
peddling art and worse they may
even try to steal your earnings
or secretly harm
you when you're not paying attention
A true warrior doesn't need to
draw his sword to prove
he has one— everyone knows he carries it and no one dares to underestimate him
The cold emanating from the sword qi was enough to chill the bones
As for those in their twilight years
the greatest cultivation
lies in guarding one's mouth and preserving one's mind
You become a mountain The trigram
Gen solid and heavy inspires
trust allowing wisdom to flow like
a spring at the mountain's base
The Mound trigram flows pure and
unbroken gently permeating all things without overflow Only
in this way can
you preserve your true vital energy
only then can one truly
live with dignity and health
in this complex world may
each of you sitting here today
Everyone could comprehend this wordless
scripture learning how to be silent
learning how to wait learning how
to wield the power of a calm demeanor
To conquer the world
to fulfill your own life
Alright we'll wrap up today's video
here I hope everyone after returning home
speaks less swallows their words more
and takes better care of their spirit
Wishing everyone blessings and wisdom in tandem
swift attainment of enlightenment and peace throughout
