When Adam Savage saw a whip and a tube on a table in ‪@metmuseum‬'s Arms and Armor conservation lab, he thought, "Well, these must be weapons that do more than one thing." And he was right! (He was looking at an early 19th century whip that's also a gun from India.) But conservator and armorer Ted Hunter had a LOT more engineering oddities in store.
