Making an Edwardian Bust Improver

In my endeavors to create a new set of undergarments for the turn of the century/early Edwardian period, I have so far made a corset and combinations. I will link those videos below. This was the last push I needed to make a bust improver. My bust size is quite small so I thought it was the help I needed for that perfect silhouette.
