UMass Amherst sued by student over free speech violation

Kiv De Montebello, a third-year student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, has filed a lawsuit against the university following his suspension for participating in a campus protest last fall. The legal action follows a September demonstration against the presence of weapons manufacturer Raytheon during a university career fair.
