Why Values Matter | Jan Stassen

Jan Stassen is the co-founder of the Museum of Values and CEO of cocreation.loft in Berlin. He is an observer, curator, and cultural translator. He holds a Master’s degree in Social and Economic Communication from the Universität der Künste Berlin.

After working in the advertising industry for many years, Jan developed a strong interest in social businesses and impact-driven initiatives. Driven by both personal reflection and frustration with the advertising field, he began exploring his own values and focusing on what truly matters to him. This inner journey led him to create the Museum of Values, an initiative dedicated to creating immersive experiences that help people explore, connect, and reflect on personal and shared values.
