All right the title in the thumbnail says it all. We're about to get a little garlicky over here.
I'm going to show you guys how to make these easy garlic parmesan chicken bites. Y'all ready? Get
in the kitchen. Let's go. All right guys let's do a quick rundown of our ingredients. Remember
these ingredients can be found on my website ijustcookalot.com or allwingseverything.com.
Go to the website you'll see the measurements and ingredients and the step-by-step process.
All right so back here we have our boneless chicken breasts. I cut them up in bite-sized
pieces. Panko bread, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder,
freshly chopped parsley, freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, olive oil,
red chili flakes, and some butter. So that's all you need. Let's get to it. So the first thing we're
going to do is prepare our chicken bites. We're going to hit it with a little olive oil. Now guys
you can season your chicken if you want to. It's totally up to you. But I'm going to season mine
with a little seasoned salt. Not much. I didn't add this in the ingredients because some people
may not want to season their chicken because you're going to have salt, pepper, and all that
in the bread. But I like to season as we go and a little pepper because I like those flavors to
build out as we cook it. All right and we're going to go in with our hands just like that.
We're going to move this aside. So now we're going to start preparing our breading. So we have our
panko bread crumbs here. We're going to add our parmesan cheese, our salt, garlic powder,
onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. We're just going to get this baby mixed in
together. Get it all combined. You guys always adjust your seasoning to your liking. Want to
add more salt, more pepper, more parmesan cheese, feel free to do so. All right so it looks like
we're good here. So now I've set up our stations. We're going to coat our chicken pieces. This is a
really easy recipe and simple to do. All you're going to do is you're going to take your chicken
bites just like this. Drop it right into your panko bread mixture. You know press down on it.
Pull that baby out. We're going to sit it right here on this parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Just that simple. Easy. Just going to go ahead and do one more. Now sometimes people dip it into
some buttermilk or some milk, a milk mixture to make sure that the, to kind of get it extra
crispy. But this is not really necessary for this particular, especially if you're baking them,
it's not really that necessary to double dip. All right and we're going to add this one here.
All right so let me finish the rest of them and once we do that we're going to come back.
So now that we've breaded all our chicken bites what I'm going to do now and this is just optional
man. You know guys I always call an audible. I'm gonna take a little cayenne pepper and I'm just
going to sprinkle it over the top and this is totally optional. This just gives me a little
bit of heat that I like. Definitely don't have to do it. Now we're going to stick this in our
preheated oven of 400 degrees. I think I may have said 350 but 400 degrees. We're going to let these
bake for 20 to 22 minutes. All right so the internal temperature is around 165 and while
they're baking we're going to head over to our stove and start preparing our garlic parm sauce.
All right you guys have been asking for this for a very long time and I am so grateful for your
support that my highly anticipated cookbook Still Not a Shelf is available for pre-orders.
It's relaxed it's flavor forward and it's made for people who just love good food.
Pre-orders are open now link in the description. So to make our sauce we're going to melt half a
cup of butter and you want to do this over medium heat. You don't want your heat too high in this
process. All right once that butter melts we're going to go in with our garlic and we're going
let this rock out for the next one to two minutes making sure you don't burn your garlic.
All right so after about one to two minutes you want to go in with your cheese and you want to
stir that in until it melts. Once that cheese melts go in with your salt and pepper your red
chili flakes and get that mixed in. Once you get that mixed in you want to turn your heat off
go in with your fresh parsley and get that mixed in. All right so we're going to set this aside
we got a few more minutes for our chicken bites are done so let's head back over to our cutting
board. All right so this is what we have after about 22 minutes in my oven guys so you just
want to make sure that the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Now what we're going to do is
we're going to place these in a bowl so we can get them sauced up all right. All right guys so this
is what we have take a look at that. Man whoo I almost wanted to grab me one before quality
control. Let's go ahead and get these babies plated up so we can jump into quality control.
Hey it's time for the favorite part of the show. Hey man let's bring these two babies to the front
of the congregation. Man oh man look at that oh man that's just a plate of love right here. Let's
oh man this is what I'm talking about right here. This is a good party food game day food appetizer
however you see fit and it can also be the main dish it just depends on you guys definitely check
this one out. So to the end y'all already know who I am this is All Wings Everything and remember
him not a chef him just cook a lot and I'm out peace.
