House Among Trees in Bangkok | Family Home Integrated with Nature
Located within a golf course village in North-Eastern Bangkok, this family home is carefully shaped by the presence of large, mature trees on the site. Rather than removing them, the architecture follows the natural placement of each tree, allowing landscape and building to coexist in balance.
The house is designed for a family of five, with social spaces on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the upper level. A solid front wall creates privacy from the street, while a reflective black surface highlights the greenery, turning trees into living architectural features. Behind this protective layer, expansive glass openings fully connect the interior to gardens, terraces, and a central Malabar tree that becomes the heart of the home.
Wooden decks, elevated play areas, and a glass roof in the master bedroom further strengthen the relationship between indoor spaces and nature, creating a calm, immersive living experience deeply rooted in its environment.
