Levi Browde Discusses Technology and Accountability at IRF Summit 2026

On February 3, executive director Levi Browde spoke at the 2026 IRF Summit to address the topic: Digital Frontiers and Algorithmic Bias – Next-Gen Accountability in the Information Age.

He discussed transnational repression, accountability, circumvention, and the CCP’s advancement in high-tech surveillance and content manipulation.

He spoke alongside European MP Miriam Lexmann, Bill Marczak (CitizenLab), Samandar Hindawi (Baha’i Faith) and Tsela Zoksang (Students for Free Tibet).
