Dough:
25g rice flour
150g water
4 Tbsp Oil
350g glutinous rice flour
1/3 tsp salt
about 160g hot water
Filling:
200g shredded coconut
80g shredded young coconut
150g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp fried glutinous rice flour OR corn starch
30g roasted peanut
1/2 Tbsp roasted sesame
Gel food color ( red, yellow, green ,orange)
