I absolutely love the little weather vane we have in Somerset
I head out to my favorite streets as often as I can and greet the sun whenever I get the chance
The English camp is alive with windows
and trees emerging into gleaming red trees
That's just the beginning
I hope you're all having a great time
It's been a while since I last talked to you on camera
So I thought I'd come by and say hello
I just threw the fruit in to cook
I'll make a very simple chia onion cake with a bit of sugar
Very simple recipe
Perfect for breakfast through next November with
all the fresh fruits that will soon be available
I'd also like to show you my new
no old acquaintances
at the stores
I haven't shopped in stores for ages and recently I just
happened to drop by and found some
really nice items for the price
I truly invested
my patience in this
trip again for my viewers out there
Retail stores are essentially shops that sell
additional tools with the
money going to good causes
I'm very happy with the gravy shop
It'll be perfect for our Sunday breakfast
Next is a piece of tea and a soda
They only had one of them
but that's fine
since I'm the only one
who drinks tea with them at home
The plater service will
be really handy this Sunday
A nice thing about these funds is
that they are actually made in Poland
I've had a full adult life in the United Kingdom
I came here as a young person with my parents
I feel more at home in Somerset than in
Poland yet I still cherish the
connection
Those funds were raised in Chodzież
The service is called Iwona
and was the first to be launched on the market
Over 40 years ago
Pachnie quite nicely Really
Yes
That's good
I'm glad
As you can hear Jakub
loves this tea It's that
simple All you need is
500 grams of frozen fruit
1 to 2 tablespoons of
chia seeds depending on
how thick you want it and some
sugar Let the fruits cook until they
become mushy Then add the chia seeds
Lemon juice and a touch of sugar Let it
cool down and it will
thicken as it sets
Hungary is full
of trees blooming
everywhere you go
That true September day
They are like a flaw in the soul Reminding
us once more that after
a long cold September
You will always find your way back in September
You can always trust in nature
End of September marks the beginning
of the British asparagus season
so we'll be frequently incorporating them into our meals
over the next few months I
think this is extremely useful
o witness what grows seasonally and locally
in your country It's
not just more accessible
because fruits and vegetables
don't have to travel around the
world they're also fresher—which
is very important to me personally
choosing local produce
which supports local farms
As an independent owner
it means something very close to my heart
and something I definitely recommend doing
Andrzej is cooking one of my favorite
dishes: salmon in a milk and lemon-soy sauce
Fried small potatoes
and fried asparagus
He also added a few red tomatoes
Even though my mom was still here we
managed to embark on another little journey
A bit further into the Cotswolds territory
Remembering Rolling Hills
once again turn red and lush
I filmed the same spot
last year around the
time of the shoot The earth was red and dry
The cycle begins once
again In just a few short
months we'll discuss winter landing once more
Time flies so quickly
that I only want
to sink deeper into my peaceful life
Andrzej and I arrived at
Snows Hill We hadn't been here
since late last summer and it's beautiful just as it is
It changes with the
seasons yet remains
the same throughout the centuries
I've seen the Snows Hill Church in rain
sunlight and snow but
this is my first time here
See it with the red spots—
my goodness that's incredible
The temple is almost here
so I'll make decorations
for my Christmas tree
I have an idea in mind
But I couldn't find
any photos or examples
online so I have to rely on my imagination
and see how it happens
What I wanted to see
was the small rooms on the
levels where I could
place a few little flowers
For its exceptional festive appearance
I think this happened beautifully
I've moved this sheet from
the kitchen to the room
and now I'll place my factory
-made commercial egg down
I always get a bit nervous
when starting a new project
because I'm such a novice when
it comes to operating machines
I really do have to believe in myself and
just enjoy the process
Actually I'm very happy
From how my factory-farmed egg came to be
Thank you so much for
watching and see you soon
