Which 5 Stocks could skyrocket after a big FED Rate Cut? (Best Growth Stocks 2026)

When rates start getting cut for real, these stocks can benefit big time. Who knows when
the next rate cut will actually be? But what I do know is that by the middle of the year,
in 2026, once we have a new Fed chair in place, he will be highly incentivized to cut rates hard.
The best time to buy stocks is not after that happens, but before. Right now is a real gift.
Let's use it wisely. My name is Nolan Govert, my students call me Professor G,
and I made this channel to make investing simplified. Remember that all investing
carries risks, so do your own research. This is not financial advice, and I'm not a financial
advisor. So lowering the Fed rate isn't necessarily going to help all stocks,
but it does definitely help these five stocks that I'm going to go over today.
And these are some of the hottest stocks in the market that I believe could really skyrocket,
especially after the Fed rate cuts. Lower rates equals higher valuations for companies whose
profits are further in the future, like these growth stocks that I'm going to talk about.
Cheaper capital equals more spending on AI, cloud, data centers, and infrastructure.
The risk appetite is going to return in the stock market from investors,
helping growth outperform value. So let me give you five stocks that I
think are super prime to just shoot up. I'm going to give you the highlights and why I think this,
but I'm also going to give you one reason as to why there might just be a little bit more risk or
maybe even just a negative sentiment for the company. I don't like when people make videos
and all they do is talk about all the good things. Anytime you do investing in any way,
there is risk and it's up to you to find out what that is. So I'm just going to enlighten
you on a lot of good things about these companies and why I do think that they could crush it.
But I'm also going to bring you back down to earth and just let you know, hey,
there is some risk and I hope you can appreciate that.
It's very important for you to do your own research before you buy.
So the first one on the list is absolutely no surprise, and this is NVIDIA. And this is very
much the ultimate rate cut slash AI winner. NVIDIA's values driven by future AI earnings,
which get a big boost when rates fall. Lower rates equals the hyperscalers will borrow and
spend more on AI data centers. NVIDIA is already dominant, so incremental demand flows straight to
earnings. Now, the big risk, however, though, is that expectations are extremely high.
So even great earnings can disappoint if growth slows even slightly.
And I like to tell my clients this all the time. It can be an absolutely amazing company with
solid financial, solid fundamental, solid CEO and still not do great in the stock market because
that's not all it takes for the stock to go up. But I will say that the simple takeaway here is
that lower rates make NVIDIA's future AI profits worth much more today.
And number two on this list is one that I've never talked about on this channel,
but it is one that's gaining a lot of steam with a lot of big investors.
And this is Snowflake, specifically for the high duration software rebound.
Now, Snowflake is a classic rate sensitive growth stock.
It relies on enterprise IT spending, which accelerates when borrowing costs drop.
The valuation expands quickly when the market shifts from defensive to growth.
One big risk here is the execution risk. If product innovation doesn't translate
into faster revenue growth, the valuation reset could continue.
Snowflake absolutely struggles in high rate environments or higher rate environments like
we've seen, but it absolutely rips when the rates fall and spending returns.
And number three has quietly become one of the best companies in the United States.
It's dwarfed by a couple other ones in its actual category, but this one is Broadcom, AVGO.
And this one not only has AI, but also stability. So it makes it a very solid combo.
Heavy exposure to AI networking, custom chips and cloud infrastructure make Broadcom a winner.
Unlike pure growth, it has strong cash flow, making it safer if cuts are gradual.
The lower rates help justify premium multiples on its AI growth.
The big risk here is just the AI demand concentration. A slowdown or loss
of major hyperscaler customers could hit growth hard despite strong cash flow.
Broadcom just gives you the height or the ceiling that AI can give you.
So this thing could go crazy, but it also gives you somewhat of downside protection
with that cash flow and just the solid nature of this business.
So it has less downside in an eventual dip.
Now onto number four on this list. But first, let me thank and introduce
the sponsor of this video, Webull. Webull is an amazing platform.

diverse products and an intuitive community driven experience.

All right, so moving on to number four is one of my favorite picks.
It's one that I started investing in last year and still I'm investing in now
and just excited to see where it goes.
And this is IREN.
Now, IREN is a capital intensive business,
which means that lower rates reduce financing costs.
Bitcoin miners historically outperform early in easing cycles,
which is what we're going into right now.
The AI slash HPC pivot gives it optionality beyond crypto.
Now, the big risk, obviously, is the highly volatile business model.
Bitcoin price, energy costs and capital markets all have outsized impact on returns.
IREN is definitely a leverage bet on that easing money
and rising risk appetite.
But what we're seeing in the AI world is that bottleneck.
And IREN is one of the companies that can really, really help
because of AI is going to boom even close to as much as people think it's going to boom.
IREN is going to have to be one of the players that does very, very well, in my opinion.
And our number five on this list is a totally new one for the channel as well.
But it is one that a lot of my clients have been investing into
and that I've been researching for a while.
And this is called Datadog.
This one's pure growth and cloud acceleration.
Monitoring and analytics grow as cloud workloads expand.
This is an extremely rate sensitive valuation.
So if those Fed rates come down, this should very much help.
Datadog is definitely one of the first stocks institutions rotate into when cuts begin.
Some extended information on Datadog would just be that they have strong
and significant opportunities in the AI and cloud monitoring space.
There is an attractive valuation recently because a recent stock correction
has made its forward valuation more appealing,
with some analysts setting price targets suggesting significant upside.
Like I said before, the best time to buy stocks is not at the top
or not when they're already doing well,
but when they're kind of at the bottom or when they've had a bit of a correction,
but there's a reason that they should go back up and further excel.
That's definitely Datadog for me for right now.
Datadog generally holds a moderate buy or strong buy consensus from Wall Street analysts,
citing strong performance, consistent earning beats,
robust revenue growth, and potential in AI cloud monitoring.
Though some sources note high valuation, insider selling, and slowing growth rates as concerns,
making it a stock with strong potential,
but significant valuation and near-term sentiment risks for investors.
So let me bring all this together in one easy snapshot for you.
Broadcom AVGO is the best risk-adjusted.
It has strong cash flow, diversified AI exposure, and valuation support
make it the safest way to play AI upside if rates fall.
Next is Nvidia NVDA.
High reward, moderate risk.
The category dominance in AI means massive upside,
but expectations are already high, so execution matters.
Next would be Datadog, D-D-O-G.
High upside, higher volatility.
A pure growth software name that re-rates quickly when rates drop,
but swings more with sentiment.
Next is Snowflake, S-N-O-W.
This has turnaround-driven reward.
Big upside if enterprise spending rebounds,
but execution risk remains after recent growth slowdowns.
Last on this list would be IREN,
and it's the highest risk and the highest beta.
It leverages rate cuts, risk appetite, and crypto AI demand,
but carries the most volatility and downside.
Lower rates favor growth, but Broadcom offers balance,
Nvidia offers scale, Snowflake offers torque,
and IREN offers leverage.
Based on your risk appetite,
one or all of those might be very solid in your portfolio,
but any one of these or any other types of stocks
in the AI or quantum or something like that
that happens in the next couple of months
and who have very high momentum to just be able to go even crazier
should all be listed in this new ETF that I've been raving about,
and it's the one that I've been buying the most
now in 2026 and at the end of 2025.
