British PM Starmer Trip to Bejing ‘Could Backfire’: Human Rights Activist

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is heading to Beijing seeking warmer ties with China. It comes right after the UK approved the construction of a new huge Chinese embassy in central London. Britain has also recently learned that China has been hacking into the phones of senior aides to several previous prime ministers. NTD spoke to human rights activist Benedict Rogers for his insights. He is the co-founder and chair of Hong Kong Watch, senior director at Fortify Rights, and author of the book "The China Nexus."
