Life in the Countryside

Thank you for watching.
My name is Narumi.

Drawn to the timeless beauty of Tamba Sasayama’s countryside and its historic architecture,
I moved here from Chiba to start a new life in rural Japan.

I now live in a 160-year-old traditional farmhouse,
built in the late Edo period.

Through my weekly Vlogs, I share the gentle rhythms of life here —
the changing seasons in the satoyama landscape,
our daily life in the farmhouse,
moments with my 7-year-old Shiba Inu “Koyuki,”
and the warmth of local people and their traditions.

I upload a new video every Friday at 6 p.m. (JST).
If you enjoy the peaceful charm of rural Japan,

Take a moment to relax and enjoy this glimpse of life in the Japanese countryside.
