Happy New Year
In the past, I usually made a simple one- or two-tier osechi
using my favorite ingredients
This year, I decided to put in a bit more effort
…But the most delicious dish turned out to be the roast beef 😂
An unexpected result, and a little bittersweet
I’ll keep practicing this year
so I can make something even better than roast beef next time
