RIDING A TINY MOUNTAIN BIKE ON HUGE JUMPS - WILL IT WORK?

Can a mini mountain bike survive jumps that big? Let's find out.
Hello everyone, today is going to be epic because we're going big on small bikes. You literally
can't have more fun than shredding mini bikes on huge features, trails, jumps and anything we can
find here at Twisted Oaks Bike Park. We're going to get into the action straight away over there
and Louis is getting involved as well. Get geared up Louis, let's get it.
First, what you come over to is this dual track here. Now we're going to do a little race.
I'm dropping in now. Oh wait, here we go. Dual track. Oh my God, the brake doesn't work.
Oh, Louis is flying. Catching. Oh, I went well big on there.
Oh, Louis went nose diving. Stunned him. I hope that nose dives on there then.
It's so fun on these. There's actually a steezy section there we should play on. Here we go,
let's session this little section then Louis. Clear that. Steeze that. Oh, huge.
We need an action replay and slow motion of that. Such a fun little section. It feels well
good on a little bike being out of control and tabling. It's your go Louis. Oh yes. Big gap.
Quite good that line. Yes, you're well good on the mini bike. Yes, my new thing.
Got this nice left hander here that could be the dream for cutties on these mini bikes. Let's play.
Louis is in. First go was pretty good Louis. I'm going to try and keep my feet up and smash it.
That's actually well scary. Oh my God. A bit of one. I got a bit of a cuttie then.
Your go then Louis. That was quite small, but they're not called mini bikes for no reason,
are they? I just want to get a quick slow-mo of that and then we'll head over to get
more gnarly on some jumps. We're now over at the mulch jumps here. There's three different
takeoffs, so you can choose how big you want to go. Me and Louis have been on the 18-inch bikes
at the start of the video. We've also got the 20-inch wheeled bike here, which makes you go
faster. After we've done this, that means we'll be able to try and do the huge big line here.
There's massive gaps. Let's think about that after we've done some tricks on here. Let's
get straight up and see how the mini 18-inches perform. Here we go. First hit, mini bike,
massive lip. Oh, that's so cool. I think I can actually just flip it. Let's put the fear behind
us. Yes, cuttie as well. I'm going to get a bit more technical and try a 360 on it. That's quite
a long gap for a small bike. Louis, do you want to give it a go? Do you really though?
Cool. Good. Go on then, get up there. Go on, Louis. Hard pedaling.
Yes. Get back up there, Louis. I feel like I can't particularly get the speed on this one
because of the gearing. I might try it on that one you were just on. No, the big one. No,
try the bigger one. Yes, that'll be better. 20-inch, loads of speed. This is it, Louis,
on the 20-inch. Loads more speed. Look at that. Go on. Nice. Oh, doozy. Much easier and quicker
on this bigger bike. I think it's perfect for you to go and do that big line actually.
Being up the top of this has now made me think slightly about my ideas. This line is massive.
It's quite windy. I'm on a kid's bike. Here you go. Bad idea. Let's try it. Oh, yes.
It works so good. I need to stop. Look how big that gap is. Right, back up. I'm so scared.
Okay, here we go. Let's get it. Kid's bike. Huge jump line. Yes. That is horrible. No way.
Survived it through there. That was actually so scary. I was right up the front to bring the front
end down because I was traveling weirdly in the air. I think it's time to do the unthinkable
though. Or have you thought of it already? Let's flip the last one. Here we go.
Yes.
The airtime was unreal. It was blowing a hoolie up there as well.
The most unenjoyable thing about it is I have to ride here with my hands
because the brake can't be moved over. That is terrifying. If I'd have over-rotated the flip
slightly, I'd have been proper Sparco, mate. That was nuts. Love it. Mini biking.
I'm actually still in a bit of shock from that. That was terrifying. I thought I'd come over to
some smaller jumps because I want to see if I can suicide no-hander by putting the seat up a
little bit. Then I'll be able to clamp my knees on the seat and then be so steezy back like that.
Should be well fun. To be honest, this size bike's made for these jumps here.
Bit weird with that seat up so high though. That was not an enjoyable experience. Let's get this
foot back down. We do not need to do sueys on a kid's bike. I'm going to do another lap through
just for fun and then it's your turn, Louis, to get through there.
Let's push the envelope of craziness, whatever that means.
Hit that. Oh my God, transfer this. Oh my God. Oh my God.
That whiff I thought I was going down on and then stomped hard. Louis,
get involved now. It's your turn. I'm probably not going to hit them huge jumps that you just
on this little bike, but I'll play on this here. It's a nice little five pack. Let's wait.
Weirdly in biking, that would actually be a 10 pack because it's 10 individual mounds of dirt.
Think about that as you're pushing up. Louis is in on the mini B.
You're flying. Steezing as well. Yes. That was kind of death, but also kind of cool.
Why don't you just follow me through it or something on the smaller bike?
Get it, Louis. Cool. Mini bike mayhem. Oh, the gap's scary on that transfer.
Oh, yeah. Oh, wow. What a skid. That was a proper slider. The mini biking was fun,
but that gets so sketchy and scary, but it inspired me to do some tricks on my slope bike.
If you didn't see a little while ago, I recently fitted some 76 mil bars on there. These are three
inch rise, basically. Huge. I could do turndowns. It all stemmed from that video where I tried the
BMX bars on this bike. Anyway, I haven't done any riding on it on jumps yet because it's just been
windy for ages. It's pretty good now. We're going to see what tricks I can pull off on this bike
with these fresh bars on and just have a good time. Let's get it. Let's just simply bar spin
these huge ones first. Oh, yeah. Dream me. Let's tail whip it then. Wow, the big bars make whips
so chill. Let's 360 it. Huge 360 table. All right, let's try a little oppo three. I'm not
exactly the best at them. That is scary. Let's do a few more of them. Oh, yeah.
All right, nice. Here we go. Let's get that in slomes.
Yes, free look back. Pumped on out, it's fully clicked. Let's see what a double whip's like
with them bars. Wow, it's actually honestly way better with these bars on. I mean, I chain ringed
it like going to need such a lawyer, but still. Three touch. Let's fronty this out then. Let's
go three downy then. Almost forgot about the flip turn down. Oh, no. We got to get that
slow motion flip turn down like go like sort of in level with the lip and then I'll crank it.
But look how much room there is. It's almost too high because I've got loads of spaces under my
stem. I might drop it like that much because right now from there to there is like four inch rise.
It's quite insane. Anyway, let's get this slow mo. There we go. What a sick finale with a few
bonus bangers on this bike and that three look back. Oh, I'm so pumped now. I want to work on
that one to be able to do it on all sorts of jumps. That mini bike session got way out of hand.
That big line on the mini bike was so terrifying. If you want to see more mini bikes or more slope
style stuff, let me know. See you in the next one. To the sky.
