Loy Brunson: It's Go Time 1.21.26 - The SCOTUS Brunson Case!

They had some wants for you to come.
So thank you for bringing here.
Great.
Great to be here.
Thanks for inviting me.
When you were just down at what Mar-a-Lago, right.
And, uh, yeah, when I think he said he bought 500 copies of this to pass out
the folks and folks, I know folks are seeing you come on and they're going,
ah, talk about the SCOTUS case.
Well, we can, but also this book.
So what, what, what do you think is important to start off with?
Well, let's talk about both, but, uh, Thomas Jefferson gave us the, the
solution to all the problems and it's really hard to believe because it's so
simple.
And, uh, that is, he said, Oh, let me just start with the president, John F.
Kennedy, speaking at a dinner, honoring all the Nobel laureates at the Western
hemisphere at the white house, a special dinner at the white house said to them,
uh, this is the greatest gathering, gathering of talent and, uh, knowledge
ever assembled at the white house with the possible exception of when Thomas
Jefferson dined here alone.
And so they laughed at that, but he was making a good point.
And that is Thomas Jefferson was brilliant.
And I think he was, he was inspired.
And he said very clearly, he said the only, the only true correction for
constitutional abuse is education.
And that's what this book is right here that you held up.
You, this is you for, in five minutes with the Q and a, in the back of this
book, you can learn more than you would ever learn and a constitutional
study course lasting for weeks.
These are relevant concepts, and this is the first publication.
And general Flynn told me that he read every bit of it and loved it.
This is the first publication that has incredible stuff never before published,
but mainly it has proof that the constitution clearly, clearly prohibits
socialism.
So when the mayor took office in New York city and swore with Bernie Sanders that
he would uphold the constitution of the United States, he was literally swearing
to do away with, with socialism.
And he didn't even know.
So I own the trademark every home in America, and I have some pretty powerful
people working on the idea of, of getting this special coffee table size book that
not only has the constitution and the declaration of independence in it and all
the amendments, but it has those highlights in it that expose these power
clauses that have never really been exposed before.
And I believe not just hidden, but intentionally hidden.
And so the plan is every home in America, but the goal is to start with every
residence in New York city, a hard bound book that would go to every home in New
York city and the cover of it, as you have, it says how and why promoting
socialism is unconstitutional.
So back to what Jefferson said, we expose some of these power clauses that have
intentionally been hidden.
I believe intentionally and expose them quickly and powerfully game over because
then America starts to become educated.
And then they'll realize also from the book that article six of the constitution
is very clear with the words.
They shall be bound by oath to this constitution.
And so we're going to expose all of the people that love socialism.
We're going to expose them as going against the rule of law that made America
great.
They're right in the front of your book, the socialism.
It has a, it has a full page talking about how it suddenly has started happening
with, uh, it's a hot topic now, socialism, you know, and things like that.
So the timing is perfect.
And I love the back of this book and people say, well, why do you have
president Trump's picture?
Well, he's the commander in chief.
He's the number one, most powerful person on the planet with the biggest
responsibility.
Think about it.
The oath of office is really a job description of a president.
And what does he swear to do?
Uphold and defend the constitution.
And here's his picture on the back of it.
And it's has his quote as president.
My highest duty is to protect.
The American people and the constitution of the United States of America.
And so there are quotes from presidents in here, there are quotes from dictators
talking about how wonderful they think socialism is encouraging it.
And then I even have Greg Gutfeld in here, his quote about socialism.
So this is a powerful, this is an education and we're going to save
America one coffee table at a time.
That's the plan to get this in every home in America.
So you can go to trump constitution.com, which takes you to seven
discoveries.com to get this.
And also I encourage people to get the pocket size as well.
I got the pocket size here and we've got his beautiful picture on the
back there with this quote.
He was on the show not long ago, Lloyd, and I loved it.
He had a shirt.
It said socialism is communism for slow learners.
Yeah.
Well, it's really the counterfeit for an incredible constitutionally
sound government.
It really is.
And in the book, I also get into the federal reserve system.
They have literally violated their nonprofit status in the tune of
trillions of dollars that are real assets, not just cash that need to be
returned with an audit to who, to the American people, to the U S taxpayer.
So we could see.
So when president Trump was saying, it's going to be so good, you're
going to get tired of greatness, right?
We could see an incredible return of wealth to a U S citizens.
Once the federal reserve is entirely thoroughly audited.
And when they are forced to return all of the profits over and above their
operating expense expenses to the treasury.
So that's good fields was, uh, uh, wherever socialism spreads to, uh,
misery follows, and that reminds me of something else where I read something
that was just like Islam destroys, you know, and, uh, oh, you found
get those comments.
That's good.
Yeah.
There's some interesting comments in there.
So John Mackie, John Mackie, yep.
I was going to say a decade ago or so.
I saw, I was coming back from Hawaii and, uh, saw this young kid.
He had a Berkeley t-shirt on and kind of hippie look.
And, uh, I thought, okay, well, you know, he's just going to be, you know,
somebody who's on the fringes and he turned over his, his guitar case and he
had socialism sucks and he had, um, he was, he was a, uh, um, Ron Paul.
Uh, when Ron Paul was running for, he was a Ron Paul guy.
And I said, and you go to Berkeley, he goes, oh yeah, there's more of us there
than you can, than you can imagine.
We just got to be careful.
Well, it's common sense.
And like Jefferson said, once it's exposed, uh, the game over when people
get a little bit of knowledge and when they realize what the federal reserve
has been embezzling, that's a big thing too.
So we could have a, we would prosper so much if once America wakes up just a
little bit that about socialism and about the federal reserve, what, what
motivated you to put this book together?
I mean, clauses to the seven articles to the constitution.
And so if you look at the last line of the fifth amendment, one of those
declaratory clauses, it's very clear, nor shall your private property be taken
for public use without just compensation.
The government cannot take your money or your property for public
use without just compensation.
And so once we wake up to that and the binding oath requirement in article
six and other factors about the federal reserve, we will see that the
constitution is about prosperity.
And it's not about making things unequal.
It's we have equal protection to pursue our dreams, the American
dream, and the socialism, as you know, it destroys motivation.
If there's no incentive for personal owned property, how many people would
even want to put in a full day's work?
I mean, it's just, you know, you know, socialism has failed
every time it's been tried.
And if people want to practice socialism, well, they ought to
go to a socialist country, right?
They should know Steve Cortez.
He had an interesting comment that some folks and Denmark and Sweden,
they'll tell you, Hey, we're not social.
We're capitalists, but we have a, we have a, a generous welfare system,
but the socialists were citing Denmark and the, this high satisfaction
level of the people and so forth.
But when you dig into the details, it's because they had low expectations.
Right.
They, there are some capitalism mixed and some capitalism mixed in with it.
Yes.
But the problem is to a socialism is, is you don't, there's no such
thing as a righteous dictator, a righteous group of people on the
planet that could implement it.
And even if they did implement it, who would want to sacrifice anything
to invent something or create something when they're not going to be able
to benefit from, from it personally.
And so it should always be a choice that people want
to share and be charitable.
It's like the, it's like the, the story.
Ron Paul quoted a story about an 1800, who was it?
Wasn't Daniel Boone.
Who was it?
The other, there was a famous, uh,
uh, no, it wasn't Daniel Webster.
It was someone, he was asked, uh, someone said they weren't going to vote for him
because he voted for a bill that would take money from people to
give to people that needed it.
And he made it very clear that he's taken from people that need it more
than where they're going to give it.
And boy, have we seen abuse of, uh, of redistribution of wealth in this country.
And it's, it's vast.
The redistribution of wealth, the socialistic practices that are happening
in the U S and half for a long time have really gone out of control.
So we've got to stop it and enforce the nonprofit status of the federal
reserve and let people keep what they earn and what they, what they
deserve, and then let, let America prosper.
Amen.
You know, Warren and Lloyd, based on what you're just saying too, with
the stuff we're seeing in Minnesota, by the way, lawyer, I don't want to
probably talk with you, uh, the 25th of May, uh, March, I'm sorry, here in
Vegas, we're going to all the, all the corruption we've been seeing in
California, Utah, Texas, Minnesota.
Folks are coming here, not, not, not putting out for the public, but invite
only come here 80 to a hundred people and share the knowledge of what what's
been going on and, um, and, um, and bringing the government officials here.
I was talking to DOJ this morning and last night, IRS officials, uh, criminal
investigators to come here, but you you're right.
With what you're seeing in Minnesota, look at Carl Higbee, look at general
Flynn, look at others saying, why should anybody be paying income taxes right
now, if all your money is just being, God knows where it's going.
Well, and not only that, the trillions of dollars of wealth that the federal
reserve has really embezzled from the treasury, they've literally embezzled.
Tucker Carlson, just before he was fired from Fox said when a trillion
dollars is created out of thin air.
Why are we being taxed for it?
Think about that.
We're being taxed for money created out of thin air.
And so the, the, the federal reserve shareholders and beneficiaries of that
organization have been able to create trillions of dollars that don't even
show up on any, any oversight whatsoever.
It's not loaned to the government.
It's put in their pockets and they've been buying global assets for many, many
years and those assets have real value and they really belong to the U.S.
U.S.
citizen.
And so once that is exposed, look out, man, we could see a tremendous amount
of wealth coming back to every single citizen in the United States who have
paid taxes, not just income tax, but taxes as well as their parents and
their parents and their parents.
So this could be a tremendous amount of wealth, not just cash, but we're
talking real, real global assets that really belong to the U.S.
Treasury and then really belong to the U.S.
People.
That's what I call a Jubilee, you know, that would do it.
The Jubilee year, 50 years, 50 years, something like that.
So that's what I want to do.
I want to get this book to every home in America so they can, they can
have access to this information.
And once we just have a small percentage game over, we don't need even 50%.
If we get 7%, 10%, like the revolutionary war didn't require a
big percentage of people to, to support it and they won.
So it's about, uh, it's about knowing the truth, really.
Like Jesus said, you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.
And you cannot be ignorant and free.
You can be enslaved and think you're free.
And so, uh, that's what we've got to do.
We've got to free America and then free the world with, with the truth.
They had a young man, um, he's been on some of the podcasts and I think he was
on a Fox and friends in the morning on the, on the week on the, uh, weekend show.
Uh, but he, he left.
He escaped Venezuela when he was 16 because he saw the writing on the wall.
And they just had him recently in New York city, right.
With Mamdani supporters and who voted for him.
And you see them being initially interviewed about socialism
and how this is all great.
And then he says, well, let me explain to you how this really works.
To your point, education, once they heard it from someone who's lived through it,
they were like, well, I don't want that.
No, I don't want that.
I mean, they, he, he didn't, he didn't, um, he wasn't preaching.
He wasn't in their face.
It was just, let me explain what it really is.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
And I'm trying to remember the name of this, this, uh, he was kind of like Dan,
like a Daniel Boone, kind of a, an icon that was a member of the U S house.
And, uh, and he was, he, he voted for a bill where there was a fire and there
were people that suffered from the fire.
And, uh, his constituents said, I'm not going to vote for you anymore
because you voted for that bill.
And he says, well, that was the country has a lot of money.
He says, well, you can, you can decide to give 20 million out if
you think it's a worthy cause.
And then you're taking from people who are suffering more than
who you're giving it to.
And that's a power that the constitution does not allow.
So this individual changed his mind and no longer voted for socialistic
progress, but look at the socialistic programs we have today.
And so once, once the taxation is reduced and eliminated, this, the social
programs need to belong to the private sector and so it's churches and
wealthy people by choice, and that's kind of been robbed from them.
They've been had their assets taken from them.
And then the government, you know, what do they do with it?
They misuse it and, and they don't do what even they say
they're going to do with it.
So it's a big mess.
So government is to protect the ownership of property, not the
redistribution of it.
That's that's basically, and I think the depression that it
would cure would be amazing.
Once taxes are eliminated, that the depression would, would the
hospitals, the psychiatric beds would be empty.
People would be come alive, but they could keep, when you have your
property stolen from you, it's depressing and you know, and
antidepressants is not the answer.
It's being able to keep it.
I mean, the head of the IRS in 68.
He identified as the as the tax code as a way for politicians to reward
friends and punish enemies with no fingerprints, you know, and it's,
it's, it's powerful.
And I mean, look at all the folks at the tea party folks.
Um, when you have an administration that is not bound by the
constitution, they, they do right.
That terrible things.
And to your point, Washington even said that when he was the president,
I don't know if it was his first time or second term, there was some
devastation that occurred in Virginia.
And, uh, the Virginians like you're, you're not helping us.
You're a Virginian, you know, you just give us basically send some
money from the treasury to here.
And he said exactly this, my heart commiserates with you, but the
constitution does not provide me the power in which to do this.
Right.
And they've taken an oath to obey the constitution.
So it's just unbelievable.
And it's our ignorance.
You know, article one, section eight gives the Congress the power back
when the constitution was signed to raise money, to educate us in the
constitution, it's called the militia clause in article one, section eight.
Not the second amendment.
We're talking about another militia clause in article one, section eight.
It gives the Congress the power to organize and fund.
The discipline of a militia and discipline means education's very
clear and they failed to do it.
They published the first Bible and they did that to furnish
more Bibles in the schools.
But they failed in funding constitutional education and our ignorance has brought
us to this point of sort of destruction, but hopefully we're on the way out of it.
And so, uh, it's, that's why I'm so excited about this book, getting it out
there is because it's a quick, fast way to get educated on the really powerful
clauses that have been ignored, uh, for forever since constitution was signed.
And I think Warren, you know, I'd like to get your comments on this.
God is moving in some interesting, look at Venezuela, look at
Iran, the awakenings here.
I mean, you know, you got waltz, uh, governor waltz now, um, mobilizing
the national guard to protect Minnesotans from federal officials.
Uh, you know what I was, I was communicating with general Flynn and
I said, couldn't, couldn't president Trump just federalize the national guard?
He goes, Oh, absolutely.
A hundred percent.
And he could also send an active duty troops because you now are, as a governor,
you're not protecting your citizens and not, uh, uh, uh, enforcing the
U S constitution for your citizens.
Yeah.
We've been in Phil infiltrated.
And so the infiltration now, the enemies, the domestic enemies are just
that, and they're holding high offices at federal state and local governments.
And so that needs to be corrected.
And that's, you know, the constitution oath is protecting us, defending us
from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
And so that'd be a good question to ask a representative.
Can you name a domestic enemy of the constitution of the United States?
And maybe if he's honest and, and realize that he would have to say, well, I'm one
of them, unfortunately for through my ignorance, but it's really about becoming
aware of this incredible tool that we have, the constitution and knowing how to use it.
And this book makes it so simple.
It just goes right to those power clauses where I didn't five minutes.
You could, you could ask a representative in a town hall meeting a couple of
questions and it would cause them to think, and it would cause them to go back
and study the document that they've taken the note to support and defend.
And if we don't hold their feet to the fire, then they won't do anything about it.
And like doge, they, they started doing a little bit because of doge.
So, uh, so that's the campaign, every home in America, coffee table at a time.
And if people want to get up, want to get a group, uh, you know, a
special group order on this.
I think there's a phone number, uh, in at the website that you can call.
I think it's 8 0 1 7 3 5 5 7 7 7, but there is a number in there that people can
call if they want to get a bunch of them and the small ones too.
So going to get the word out.
There's some characters right there.
That's right.
Yeah.
That was on the 16th of December at Mar-a-Lago.
And that's, uh, those are shrink-wrapped.
I guess you maybe can tell they were all shrink-wrapped for people shrink-wrapped.
So, yeah.
So got some good pictures.
Yeah.
I have another picture of, uh, uh, there we go.
There's another picture.
Yeah.
And then Tyrus, Tyrus says he wants to be on his show.
He's going to study it so he can talk about it.
I guess he has a special show now on Fox nation.
He's got a, he's got a show.
Hell you, you should be on a Gutfeld.
You'd be a great guest on Gutfeld.
I think.
I would love that.
Maybe this'll lead into that.
Yeah, that's what I said.
That's what I said.
I just be talking before the show.
Um, Lloyd, I sent this to Warren.
This is on the official U S department of labor's X account.
It says, trust the plan, trust the plan, trust Trump.
And another one I sent, it says, uh, global, there you go.
Globalism has failed.
Americanism will prevail.
Great.
And that's president Trump's office to defend us from domestic enemies.
All of Congress have taken it out to defend us from domestic and foreign
enemies and who are the domestic enemies of the constitution?
Well, Bernie Sanders and mom, Donnie in on national television, take, he
takes a constitutional oath and he swears that he's a democratic socialist
and he's going to redistribute wealth.
It's like, if the constitution doesn't protect us from communism and socialism,
then we don't, we don't know the constitution and in five minutes, we
can talk about those, you know, you can get this book and look at those clauses.
And in a few minutes, then you've got it.
You've got that information.
It's like, man, I think you're absolutely every homeschool curriculum.
And I dare say every bring back civics.
Cause you, you probably seen this Warren Lloyd.
I was amazed.
Some people who are my age, little younger, I was, I was astounded that
they had, they didn't understand the three branches of government.
If they were talking about, I said, how did you get past the high school?
But yeah, you don't teach it.
Well, even, even the political party, the way it's set up in the political
system, it's very confusing because the constitution defines the Congress
as the house and the Senate.
So literally when someone says I'm running for Congress, they're basically
saying something ambiguous.
It's like, well, the house or the Senate, because the Congress
is the house and the Senate.
So you're running for the house and the Senate.
And so when Fox news has people on, like, here's a, here's a Senator from
Illinois, it's like, well, is he a U S Senator or is he state Senator?
And it's stupid things like that that keep people from getting into it
because it seems contradictory and confusing, confusing, and it shouldn't be.
So it turns people off.
So the systems are set up really to confuse people.
And it's so simple.
And that's what I, why I'm trying to make it simple with this book.
You go to the Q and a, and you go to those clauses and it's so clear, nor
shall your private property be taken for public use without just compensation.
So the government can't take your property for public use
and that includes your money.
So if they take your money, you have to sell your property, right?
To pay it.
So it's a, and it goes right back to the federal reserve system.
We need to understand that and know that they're nonprofit and they have been,
I had a private conversation with Steven Moore in Las Vegas at an event for a few
minutes and he agreed with me.
I said, in theory, if we could enforce in theory, if we can enforce the nonprofit
status of the federal reserve system, immediately the wealth that would have to
come back to the taxpayer in the form of refunds and interest in penalties would
be astronomical and the wealth is there because these criminals have been very
wise with their management of the stolen money from us and they have bought up and
funded global entities and global enterprises that have produced real
significant wealth that can now, it's like, it's like getting robbed and then
the thief is really brilliant and he goes and invests it in Bitcoin or something.
And then by the time you're going to get your money back, it's multiplied many
times, right?
Because it's your money that he was using, you're entitled to all the profits.
So they've been wise about that, but they've been very clever into keeping it
disguised and hidden from us.
And so it's about exposure back to knowing the truth.
The truth shall make you free.
So I encourage people to get this book and get copies for your neighbors.
Let's get this in every home in America, save the Constitution, save the Republic and
save our property and get our property returned to us.
Amen. Amen.
Marcy here has a question for Loya.
The new U.S.
Solicitor General, I think, approved the comments that President Trump made when he
endorsed the lawsuit on his true social account.
The last time he did that was August 19th, 2023.
It was a Friday.
And he re-truthed the video that I made asking him if he would support the letter
campaign. So his number one attorney has become the U.S.
Solicitor General. And the U.S.
Solicitor General's job is whenever there's a lawsuit against a federal government, a
federal government agency or a federal government agent, his job is not to just defend
the government or the agent, but to bring justice to the court, even if it works
against those that he's representing.
And so that's Dean John Sauer.
And at some point, I think he's going to, with a little encouragement, get back, get
this, get my case back on the docket, 22-10-28, back on the docket with a conference
scheduled out there with several months so awareness can be successful, so people don't
just have a month to find out about it and then get a hearing.
But it's got to be at the right time and the right the right number of justices.
Right now, we don't have we don't have five really strong constitutional justices.
But this book can help with that.
It will help it help awareness with seeing our representatives, including including the
justices, what they have committed, what they've sworn to uphold and defend.
And so making this aware of this book, aware that the people, then the people can hold
a representative's feet to the fire with public awareness.
Things can happen.
So know that the Supreme Court with the U.S.
Solicitor General has the power to get it back on the docket.
And that's that's my goal at some point to get that to happen.
Got you. Got you.
So for both of you, thoughts on this, as of right now, it looks like that the whoever
it is has I think that the kids in Minnesota are out of school on the eighth and ninth
because they are concerned about what's going on here and security and things.
Then we've got this thing that Matt, you sent to me and it's the post office postmaster
general, I believe is where.
But it's telling everybody that, hey, the post office still continues to send send the
mail, but carry your ID and your different things that you need in case while chaos is
going on, that you'll be safe to move along and who you are.
Y'all, it looks to me like there's fixing to be some stuff in the streets pretty soon.
What's your thoughts?
Well, they reference in this letter civil unrest, even even during times of civil
unrest, they're directing you still need to deliver.
Yes, sir. Yes, sir.
So it's coming from different ways, you know, and I think we've all expected that.
Not that it's going to happen on the eighth and ninth, even though they get kids out
because they expect it.
We'll see what happens.
What's your thoughts, Lloyd?
Well, I've talked to I've bumped into a few Democrats and some of them are really
excited and angry and scared.
They think that Trump is bringing us into a war with Venezuela and then Russia and
China. And they think we're just going to that he's just leading us right into global
conflict. But I personally don't believe that.
I mean, it could could happen, but I don't believe it.
I'm a firm believer, like Reagan.
Reagan said that peace through strength.
And I think they're a bunch of cowards.
And I think that they I think that President Trump is proving that.
So I think things are going to become more peaceful.
And if we see insurrection type stuff, it's going to come from the violence that that
the people that perpetrate the violence on ice right now, it's like you think about it,
the right is far less violent and angry and hateful than the left.
It seems like it's so easy to watch a news clip on CNN or Emerson, you know, on the
left and then just get angry emotionally and not try to dig deeper.
Like this woman that was killed by ice.
She was trying to kill this ICE agent with her car and he was injured.
And you don't see that part of the news.
So the news, you know what?
That's what's bothering me.
And he was hit. He was hit by a car previously.
Yeah, exactly.
Thirty stitches and it damaged his leg.
Yeah. And the Federal Communications Commission has directors that could control the
media a lot more.
They're really letting the media perpetrate lies and they need to be held accountable
and their feet need to be held to the fire.
The directors of the Federal Communication Commission, they ought to be shutting
these up. They ought to be fining and shutting some of these broadcasters down.
Hey, you're you're a beautiful state of Utah, you know, remember Bannon's been saying
this and others. It got to the fore of people's minds after the assassination of
Charlie Kirk. And they're like, wow, there's something not right in Utah.
And yeah, I just want to bring I know not focusing on the U.S.
Constitution, but your thoughts on a lot of a lot of corrupt activity, I would say
also in Utah.
Oh, absolutely.
In Utah, I was involved in a couple of Senate races and the clickers in the rehearsal the
day before the convention, the clickers were going to the wrong the wrong candidate.
And they'd say, well, we'll have them fixed tomorrow.
And our current governor, he lost at the state nominating convention by a big margin.
Then he won in the primary.
And so, no, I think the majority of the people in Utah are not happy with our governor
and I feel like that there's corruption that definitely needs to be cleaned up in the
state of Utah. Definitely.
It's probably as corrupt as there's a whole lot of states.
Unfortunately, based on what we understand, you're talking to other folks in Utah on
your state, the way it works for nominating process, you know, you had Phil Lyman, you
had Trent Staggs.
They should have been directly to the front.
There should have been no primary because they got the right number.
Right. So that and so you're the thoughts on Utah and something I'd like, since we're
talking about the Constitution, one of the people in our coalition, she works with and
for the Salisbury family down in Texas.
And Dick Salisbury, the the the patriarch of the family there, Scalia used to hunt on
his property in Texas, you know, back when Scalia was still with us.
And they asked us, yes, Scalia, will we ever fully get our republic back?
Your thoughts on this would be interesting.
He goes, Scalia said, no, not not fully until we repeal the 17th Amendment, because right
now there's no body in the Congress that represents the states.
And that's supposed to be, if you look at our some of the words and discussions around
the founding of the country, they want to call them ambassadors from the state.
And three three evil things happened in 1913, the 17th Amendment, the 16th Amendment and
the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
And so they all kind of go together.
And I don't think if we had had the 21st Amendment, the income tax would have
succeeded. Everyone had to start drinking for the for the for prohibition to end.
Yes. You know, that had to end in order for taxation to succeed.
But yeah, it's just yeah, it's crazy.
But yeah, it's interesting because that that document and I remember when speaker when
Newt Gingrich was speaker of the House and you said this, actually, you just kind of
alluded to us. He was even again a lecture somewhere.
And he said he's talking about the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution that
followed from that. He said, you know, the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
And he said, the last time I checked, pursuit is an active, active verb, right?
You're not you're not guaranteed anything.
You're all all that it does is everyone has an equal playing field.
And what you do with your skill rate.
Right. And taxation completely kills that.
It wipes it out. That's why it's so important to understand the Federal Reserve.
And I say you can't really understand the blessings that the Constitution can protect
until you understand where money comes from.
And think about it. We're never taught.
We were never taught in school where money comes from.
We might have seen a little video or a little film about the U.S.
Bureau of Engraving and Printing printing off hundred dollar bills or whatever.
But I called the Bureau one time in my research and I got someone on the phone and they
were reluctant, but they answered a couple of questions.
And I said, who gets all the paper printed money?
Who does that go to? And she stunned me with an answer.
It just blew me away.
And I kind of expected I didn't expect to talk to anyone.
She said, we have one exclusive customer.
Whoa. OK, it's the government, right?
No. One exclusive customer is the privately owned Federal Reserve system.
And it's like, so they get all the money.
Do they pay for it? Yes.
They pay for the cost of printing an ink.
So so they buy hundred dollar bills for 15 cents.
So this is not this rocket science.
This is simple stuff.
But we're so tricked and deceived with our education, our public schools, you know,
our leaders, no one no one talks about this.
And we should have known that as soon as we knew how to buy a candy bar at a store.
Right. We should have known where money came from.
We're never taught. And so with the with our members of Congress, the most damage they
do is they're the authorities.
They're supposed to be protecting us.
So we trust them.
And when you trust someone like that, what happens?
You become too trusting and you start to believe the lies that contradict the truth.
And for us to not be aware, for America to not be aware of that little point, that
hundred dollar bills are created and given to a private corporation that owns and
controls our currency.
I mean, that's so simple.
The book addresses that quite a bit.
And so it's like we just need to to focus on the low hanging fruit, the simple but
powerful concepts that we've been tricked into not knowing exist or tricked into not
knowing how to understand.
OK, Bill mentions we need the 16th Amendment to be ratified still.
Well, the 16th Amendment was amended out of existence by the last line of the fifth
nor shall your private property, which includes your money, be taken from me for
public use without just compensation.
And so and then the 13th Amendment, involuntary servitude is not allowed in any
state. Right. And it's like if if taking your money that you earn from servitudes,
from working, earning it and giving to someone else that that is involuntary
servitude. So the that fifth amendment and it's focused in the book is really
powerful. Remember, it's one of those declaratory and restrictive clauses defined
by the first Congress, those first 10.
The others weren't defined that way.
The first 10 were.
And so we've got to understand the power in that and that you can the government
doesn't need to take your property, doesn't need to take your money, except for a
very limited purposes outlined and enumerated in Article one, Section eight.
Bingo. You know, two things real quickly, Warren, to keep a bill.
What I think referring to is there's no most researchers would tell you there's no
concrete proof that the requisite number of states actually ratified the 16th
Amendment. And Wilson's secretary of the Treasury just declared it in effect.
And on his deathbed and his second term, whose his wife sounds like Joe Biden, his
wife actually was running the government and no one knew because he had a stroke and
he was incapacitated for half of a second term on his deathbed.
Wilson, in referring to the income tax and the Federal Reserve, said, what have I done
to my country? He says, I have unwittingly.
What are what were the exact words?
I have an unwitting I have unwittingly destroyed our country, something like that.
Yeah, you're right on. Yeah.
People with the signing of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and they call it to call it
voluntary, but that the most the most I think the most important thing people need to
understand first is the Federal Reserve is not supposed to be billing us for money they
create out of thin air.
They Congress Congress allows us to borrow from the Federal Reserve.
They allow the government to borrow from the Federal Reserve when it's a private
corporation. And that's our money.
We're borrowing our own money.
And so we're we're not just paying the principal back, we're paying interest on top
of that. That's like that's like the government allowing people to come in and steal
your car and then you can you can buy it back through a loan and then pay interest on
the loan. I mean, maybe that's not a very good analogy, but it's like they've stolen
from us and then they want to lease it back to us.
They want to sell it back to us.
It's ours. And so your comments on the Constitution, there's a gentleman out here I've
become friends with. His son is Peter Schiff.
Irwin Schiff, with his dad, wrote some great books on the income tax and beliefs of so
fundamentally that he went to prison for it.
He wouldn't he wouldn't. Yeah.
But he he he talks about he said our founding fathers were brilliant because you said
per the appropriate articles that the Congress can tax, but it has to be apportioned.
Right. And they were brilliant in that mindset going, OK, I make the analogy Georgia
once erode. And by the way, they were always total up how much they needed first.
And then they said, OK, we got to go raise this amount of money.
I had to be apportioned. So it precluded I'm going to use it from populations of
hyperbole, smaller states like Georgia at the founding of the country.
Well, the road, we have 100 people and we want to put this in there.
Well, it's got to be apportioned. Thirteen, one thirteenth, one thirteenth, one
thirteenth. And oh, by the way, Georgia, if you want this, it's really per capita going
to hurt your people more because you've got 100 people and, you know, New York got
a thousand. And so it was a built in mechanism not to have this profligate, crazy
ass spending. Well, even then, it's a violation of the Fifth Amendment.
Taxation is having your private property taken from you for public use without just
compensation. That's taxation.
So when that was included in the first ten amendments with Amendment five, did the
founders not know what they were saying?
Because Article one, Section eight gives the Congress the power to tax.
And so so that the last line of the fifth said basically that you can't be taxed and
that nullifies that was a restrictive clause.
So that nullified all the tax clauses, if you take a literally an article in Section
eight. So according to the Fifth Amendment, if you take that literally, all of the
enumerated powers of taxation were eliminated with the Fifth Amendment.
So that raises the question, how are we going to fund government?
And that's what the book gets into.
And the simple right now, if you were to enforce the profit status of the Federal
Reserve, put righteous people in there, it would eliminate all taxation right down to
sales tax and property tax.
It would eliminate all taxation.
The Constitution is a tax free system.
Now, when when Peter was approached by a tax collector and he was accused of his
master not paying tribute with the question, does your master pay tribute?
And Peter responded with, oh, of course he does.
Yes, he does. And Jesus just happened to be watching him.
And so when Peter came into where Jesus was, Jesus reproached him, according to the
Bible, reproached him and says, what are you doing, Peter?
What are you doing? Why are you telling the tax collector that I pay taxes?
And then he says, lest we offend them, go get a coin out of a fish's mouth.
So there's a lot of scripture that we don't have.
The Bible is about a millionth of what the Bible could be if we had all the original
documents that were used as scripture at the time of Christ.
And so we have been brainwashed into believing that taxation is a patriotic,
necessary duty and the Federal Reserve shareholders, the laughing all the way to
their central banks at our stupidity and our ignorance and our ignorance stems from
us not being ever taught what money is and what a privately owned central bank is.
And all the all the financial theories, all the economic theories are based on a
privately owned central bank.
We can't have a privately owned central bank.
And it's not a central bank.
It's a privately owned money creation factory.
A bank is what you store after it's created.
So we've got a little education and the book focuses on that and people need to realize
like what Tucker was saying, a trillion out of thin air.
We shouldn't be taxed for that.
We should not be taxed for that.
So we have a little bit of learning curve, but the concepts are fairly simple.
It's a little more difficult to believe than it is, I think, to understand.
But as we get into it, we can see that we have really been tricked.
And the core problem that's creating all of the evil in the world is really those who
are creating our currency and taking claim of it.
And they've created more of our currency than we can ever know unless we do a real
thorough audit, not just a surface audit of what they've been loaning governments.
It's crazy. It's like they loan the Federal Reserve loaned a trillion dollars to China.
What did China do with it?
They loaned it to our Congress with a profit bill in with interest higher than what they
paid the Federal Reserve.
This is crazy and it's simple to understand, but we're not taught.
So the book explains some of that goes all the way back to our birth certificates, too.
It's it's amazing.
Well, another thing I wanted to mention is the silver certificates, the silver that was
backing U.S. dollars when John F.
Kennedy started producing U.S.
dollars, which competed with the Federal Reserve.
So the Federal Reserve shareholders did not like the U.S.
government creating its own money because that means they wouldn't be able to make a
profit off of money they loaned us if Kennedy had been able to continue.
And some of that was backed by silver, but it wasn't that the silver dollars that were
backed by silver, you could buy a dollar's worth of silver at a coin shop.
But if you were to redeem it, you'd only get 25 percent of the value.
So people need to understand when you have a precious metal backed currency, it doesn't
have to be fluctuating with the market and it can be a fraction.
And so if we wanted a gold backed dollar, we could say a trillionth of an ounce of gold
backs a dollar.
And the value, the purchasing value would fluctuate based on the economy and based on
the freedom of production of goods and services.
You think about it right now, it's pretty interesting.
Gas is going down and down and down.
And now with Venezuela, I think we're going to see gas prices even go down.
And what's going to happen with gold?
And so when we see that, do we think, oh, my gosh, I can buy more gas with my dollar
than I could a month ago, especially a year or two ago.
Does that mean the value of the dollar is going up?
Well, I would say I would think so.
So I check gold prices daily.
And today, I said that gold has gone down a little bit because the value of the dollar
has gone up. Well, in the purchase of gold, it did go down a little bit.
So I think a lot of the gold and silver is marketing.
And I think it's great to have some gold and silver.
I'm not going to knock that.
But I think we're in with Trump progressing in ways going.
We're going to see prices everywhere go down.
The standard of living go up.
And once we expose the Federal Reserve, I think we can start getting our taxes back.
And I think President Trump is kind of gearing us to realize we can get money back.
Look at the two thousand dollars that goes to all the babies that were born within a
certain period of time.
I think that's just the beginning.
We're going to start seeing the reduction of taxation.
And we're if we do it right and this gets exposed, we're going to see money return to
the taxpayer. And then that's going to be exciting.
Amen. Amen.
Yeah, it doesn't doesn't make sense that the United States government is a private
for profit corporation.
No, the government is not the Federal Reserve.
The government is not a private corporation.
There have been people out there that have turned it in their own little clubs and
organizations into that.
But it's not. No, the government is still intact.
It's it's corruption that needs to be cleaned.
It's just like the Bible says that the Lord's Vineyard becomes corrupt sometimes.
Right. So what would happen?
You know that the story of him sending God, the father sending servants to the vineyard
and they would kill his servants.
So he thought, well, I'll send my son and they killed his son.
Right. Well, I think that's an example of how even the Lord's organizations can be
corrupt. And at some point it has to be cleansed.
And so we have a constitution and it's it's will.
It's there. There's an oath that's binding that's still intact.
They haven't gotten rid of it. And as long as there's a binding oath, as long as the
Mamdanis of the world are swearing to uphold the constitution, we still have a chance.
And so if that stops, when there's no more an oath, we are in serious trouble.
We're in serious trouble now.
But at least we have a contract that's binding.
But we've got to know what's in the contract.
And the contract is the constitution and these power clauses that show us what we're
entitled to. Yeah, I had actually I was saying what I meant to say, that the United
States government is a private.
So I'm glad to hear what you say there.
I thought that was what was established in 1871.
Now, there's that's that's completely unconstitutional and irrelevant.
And people can do whatever they want.
I mean, you and I can get together and say, hey, we're going to take ownership of
everyone and try to do it.
So, no, that's a and I think it's a distraction, too.
It's a distraction because we have an incredible document.
And with the explanations that I have in the book and understanding some of these
clauses, well, just for example, the binding of requirement in Article six, the words
are very clear. They shall be bound by oath to this constitution.
Now, in my lawsuit, the U.S.
attorney's main defense for the 387 defendants, what was the main defense?
It was absolute immunity.
Well, that conflicts with a binding oath requirement in Article six.
So we have a constitutional question here, don't we?
And why have they been able to get away with it?
Why are they why did Doge come along and expose how our even our trusted
representatives have been allowing and not exposing this incredible fraud?
It's because the people this is a government of the people, by the people, for the
people and the people have got to wake up to just a few of these power clauses and
hold our representatives feet to the fire and come up and say, look, you took an oath,
Mamdani, to the Constitution.
And look at the last line of the fifth.
How are you going to how are you going to deal with that where the Constitution you
just swore to uphold tells you that you cannot take private property and give it to
other people, nor shall your private property be taken for public use without just
compensation. How are you going to do that?
So ignorance is what is ignorance is what is in prison.
Ignorance is why we have the problem we have today.
And it's ignorance about the document that we need to become more aware of and get rid
of this ignorance. And then like the invisible hand of of of free
commerce and capitalism will take over where powers will
appear through the people to stop this nonsense.
And we claim our property and we claim our government.
I, you know, I, to what Warren was saying, and you, I wholeheartedly agree for the
audience, first get the book at a minimum.
Go read. Don't rely on someone else telling you what the Constitution says.
Go read it yourself. It's not that long of a document and it's brilliant.
And read it. And you can you can get it.
So it's not in that script.
If it's hard to understand, it's more of a older English, but you can get the actual
words in type format and read the document for you.
Understand it, because and I said this, somebody who's close with Hegseth.
And I said, sir, ask him and insist upon this.
How many officers?
I never was required to do this when I took my oath.
I never I was I was springing an allegiance to protect and defend the Constitution
against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
But no one ever asked me if I actually read it or understood it.
I'm taking an oath and I have no idea based on how it was being effectuated.
What's even in the document?
I'm just saying words.
No, you should have routine instruction for federal officials, including officers.
You have a class called professional military education, PME for the military, on the
Constitution. Yes, absolutely.
And that's why it really gets to questions about the Constitution and the answers and
the references. Tyrus Tyrus from Gunfield Show was at this event with General Flynn.
He told me he was going to read it and understand it so that when he has me on his
show that we can talk about it.
And it's like that is so incredible.
That's what we need to do is we need to get together with groups and read through it.
Read through some of these questions at Q&A or just read through.
And I suggest like reading the Bible.
You can't understand every word of the Bible.
Keep reading until something pops out at you, grabs you and stop there and study that
and don't get frustrated that it's too difficult to understand to read.
And as you stop and take a marker and mark certain parts you have questions about and
then talk about it and you'll see that this this is such a instead in the Constitution,
it was like watching watching in real time a chess match because the founders were not
all on the same page.
And so some of the founders thought that they lost and some of the founders knew that
they had won. But the ones that lost and should have lost are winning through our
ignorance. And the only way we can win is without ignorance.
We've got to look at the document, look at that chess match and see that we won like
that clause that says the government can't take your personal property from you and give
it to someone else.
