Hello my friends we are going to visit two thrift stores today looking for vintage Christmas decor
and I'm also sharing some Christmas gift ideas. A big tip is to shop all year long for a great
selection of Christmas decor. The first thrift store that I'm taking today is the Mission Thrift.
Isn't he adorable? Oh that nutcracker. Such beautiful vintage items. I love thrifting Christmas books.
What a sweet little village.
Aren't these adorable? These cute little music boxes.
Not sure if this is vintage but it is cute.
Salt and pepper shakers. Oh they're adorable. $4.99. I should have got this and it lights up.
Oh it's a sweet little schoolhouse. Isn't this so pretty? $9.99. Great. This wreath has so much
potential. You can add so many things to it and only $12.99. I ran for this little basket and
oh he's missing his ear. Pine cones. People donate them. These are great bowl fillers.
Plates. I love using these for gift ideas. I love the Mission Thrift store. They are so organized
and clean. These are great for gift giving. Isn't this adorable? Mrs. Claus outfit.
Here's another great tin for gift giving and only $0.99. See these bags? They haven't even opened.
$1.49. I love bows. All these wonderful items are Christmas thrifted pieces. Tins and bows.
Even beautiful dishes. Oh look at that teapot. I love it. What a great beautiful
traditional design. Go to the thrift store. Look what you can find. Any color. Any size.
Look at these. So before you go to the big box store, I go here to find what I'm looking for.
What a great bag of neutral Christmas ball ornaments and only $5.99. Aren't these gorgeous?
This beautiful brushed gold brass color. 40 ornaments for only $9.99 and they're glass.
Picks in here. I love going through these. They're great to add to gifts or even to your
tree or wreath. What a beautiful design on here and somebody donated the whole collection.
So pretty. Isn't he a cute little reindeer? Reminds me of the anthropology one. I love
this sweet little thing. What a great gift idea for only $3.99. Somebody donated their
whole Christmas village. This is a gorgeous collection. What a sweet little church and
you can put a candle in it. $2.99 and I didn't bring this home. What a cute little candy cane
house. Beautiful collection of vintage items. So much charm. I love it. So this is the second
thrift store I'm taking you today at Valley Village. Isn't this a great little basket to
hang maybe on your mailbox? Oh I love this little skate. $5.49 for these. Oh why did I leave them
behind? What is it with trains and me? So cute. A fabulous little sleigh. These wonderful glass
and metal angels. Oh they're for tea lights. Wouldn't these make great little gifts? Great candles.
Oh actually these would be really good for some great yummy Christmas cookies.
Oh cozy blankets. Great for a blanket ladder. This is a beautiful plaid red and white. Oh I
love the tassels on there. Really really pretty. Oh so is this one and only $5.29.
Also don't forget your coupon. I'm so glad you're here for this small thrifted Christmas haul.
I have been thrifting since January for Christmas items and I also shared a Christmas in July
video back then and if you haven't seen that I will link that below. But I have a wonderful
items to share with you and let's just get right into it. So for $6.99 I found this beautiful swag.
I love the different types of greenery in here. It has a little bit of ice, a little bit of snow,
and of course all the beautiful berries. And they're just, you know, you can see the different
colors there. I really love those. Some pine cones. It's quite a big one. I'm not sure where it's
originally from. I love the holly leaves and I thrifted this to probably go out on my lamppost
out front. I'm gonna add a beautiful wonderful bow and I'm gonna attach it there. So I think this
thrift haul, everything I have is from the Mission Thrift. Like I mentioned before they have so many
beautiful vintage items and I can't resist. And little sleighs are so adorable. I brought this
home. It's metal and I found this a few months ago and I couldn't resist it. So right here I just
have it filled with some greenery, some pine cones that came from one of my trees. I just added that
little vintage ornament and I thought oh my gosh this is so pretty. You can put anything in here.
You know what would be really cute? Also if you put like candies or some chocolates and you can
wrap this up and give it away as a gift. I found this little sleigh for only $2.99. Awesome price
and I think this little sleigh will play a big part in my Christmas decorating this year. So let
me know in the comments. Do you collect little sleighs as well? I showed you a clip of these
in the shopping portion and I couldn't resist them. So cute and cozy little bird houses.
I love the little bit of sparkle on it because of course we have to have some sparkle in our
Christmas decorations. I love them. They are so cute. Like I said they are made of some kind of
wood. It just looks like a bark with all kinds of pretty sparkle on it. I love the snow. It makes
it like so absolutely warm and cozy. They're probably just made out of cardboard. They're
very very light and I had to get a few of them. They were $3.99 each and again at the same store
and they had like maybe a dozen or more and people were just scooping them up. So I was able to grab
a few. I just think these are going to be cute like decorated on a bookshelf or you know you
could certainly put these in your tree. Oh that would look fantastic. I just love them and they're
just so adorable. So I stumbled upon these gorgeous glass vintage ball ornaments. They are difficult
to find here but I always seem to score some at the Mission Thrift Store. I love the colors,
the beautiful blues and greens. These are just really really nice. I thought I would just style
them in this beautiful blue thrifted dish that I got a while ago and it's just sitting on a
thrifted Courier and Ives book. I think I'm going to incorporate a little more blue into my living
room this year and that's why I picked up this collection of little bulbs and I found them for
$9.99. So yeah maybe a little pricey but like I said very very difficult to find and what was
interesting was that they were in the lid of this box and this is vintage as well.
I looked at it didn't realize and look at the price tag on there $3.58. I'm wondering where
the rest of this box is because I think that's pretty great as well. Do you have a collection
of these beautiful vintage glass ornaments? So for $4.99 I also got this little container of
these vintage bulbs. I love how these are all worn out even this one here is like it's transparent
almost like almost all the paint is gone on there. I just I love these and also what I loved
is these cute little satin ones. I haven't seen these anywhere. It's been a long time
but I thought this was a great nice little collection here. I really love the satin ones
and these right here. It's so interesting picking up these old musical books. So this one is
Christmas Music and there was a price tag on here it looks like the original one from 1974
for $1.75. I did pay $1.99 but I just love this and the copyright is 1935.
So just a beautiful book with all this music and I think it's just gorgeous. I hate taking these
apart. I really really love them. I think displaying it like this will look just fantastic.
I thought this was gorgeous. I love the colors all the different greenery and I think I know
why somebody donated this. This is really messy. It drops a lot but I found it for $8.99
and I think it's a pretty good price for everything that's included on here.
It's for three candles and I really really like it. I think you can you know remove like berries
or add things to it even change the ribbon if you really wanted to but it has everything that
I was looking for. Very traditional beautiful colors and I think this is going to make a
beautiful centerpiece on any table. So I just added some of my flameless candles
and they fit perfectly which I wasn't sure about because you never know the sizes but I'm really
happy that they fit and let me know in the comments would you pick this up for $8.99?
I think this would also make a beautiful hostess gift if these are their colors. I just love it.
It just reminds me of home and very nostalgic. I should also mention these candles. I got those
from Amazon. I'll link them below. I really truly recommend these. They're beautiful and I went for
the ivory ones but so I can use them all year long but really really nice. They are on a remote
and very budget friendly for sure and I just have them in my thrifted brass candelabra here.
So yes I did get these $5.99 for all of these and what I like is that the size is really good.
My plan is to share with you a Christmas bedroom. I have a beautiful white flocked slim tree
that I've never used. I got it from Michael's and I'm hoping to decorate it with these.
So I also found these beautiful I want to say olive green deep green shadowproof bulbs.
I found these obviously at the thrift store. I got them for $9.99 and I think originally they were
from Lowe's or now in Canada it's called Rona. These were probably about $20 to $25 Canadian
so I thought that was a pretty good price. I'm pretty happy about that and I'm going to use these
in my bedroom to decorate my white flocked tree and I think the combination of those with these
are going to really make it pop as I'm trying to match some bedding and pillows with the same kind
of colors. I want to show you how vibrant these gorgeous greens are. Oh better than I thought!
Love it! So I just styled it quickly in this beautiful thrifted basket. Love that! And I just
added the greens and these wonderful ones as well. I just added a few picks that I got from Michael's.
I love these. Always get them buy one get one free. I believe in the states you guys get them
40% off but I just added two of those in here to give that real traditional woodsy feel and
I love this color combination. Just gorgeous! So I'm hoping this is going to look really really
good on my flocked Christmas tree. So just a quick little styling here. I'm just using this
black dough bowl that I've had for a little while and I just added a few of those bulbs that I
thrifted. So I just added that greenery and there you go a simple little vignette. Okay so here's
the same bowl and what I did was I just added all the green ones just you know put them here and
there and this is a beautiful elegant look. I just wanted to show you quickly I just added these sweet
little lights. They're battery operated and what I like about these they also have little crystals
so they just shimmer a little bit more. It just gave that little extra something special for this
little basket design. I'm really happy that you joined me today for this Christmas thrift haul.
It's going to be one of many. I'm also going to have some Christmas decorating videos coming up
