NEW RC - MJX Hyper Go 10210 Speed Run on 3S and 4S

Right as promised guys welcome back we're going to do the little run outside um it's dried up enough now we can we can try and take it for a spin we've got a 3s battery in there a little bit too long for there but it does work all right uh it's 150c 3s 5000 milliamp graphene um it's just an amazon battery it's nothing super special but i think they work work quite well um we're going to try 4s as well but we'll do a quick 3s run and try and get as fast as we can on this battery it's quite a good battery and then we'll stick a 4s in and see what the difference is so we'll plug the lights in one thing i will say guys is this body is not the easiest body to but it's more inside so it doesn't slide on quite as easy as the 10-08 feels like you're going to break it all right in both slides now module still in my pocket i think let's do that on the front with the square c gps uh what most people use now just use the app and it tells you your speed and deep height and everything else i've just velcroed that on on the front but not yet no we've got no satellites can you see the leds on the back guys they're so bright just waiting for these satellites too many clouds in the sky i suppose here we go 11 satellites should be able to start so track start she's reading yep definitely reading in my time very smooth guys very smooth tires are soft like i said before let's go for it get that yellow there's something in the road one last time to make sure see what the phone's saying stop read 35 mile an hour on a 3s 5000 milliamp 150c one more time just to make sure that is i need to bring the car back in then to reset it pick that yellow block up that's in the road okay we're ready when you are three for quite a long time then guys one more go what are you saying stop read 35 so it's pretty consistent consistent yeah i mean it's a pretty decent battery in there so 35 i think is enough so we'll swap it over now to the 4s battery but one thing i will say is you may have to go into the app um to change it from auto because mjx may have set your esc as it states on the box to a two and three s but there is an option within the app because the esc is more than capable of doing 4s but you may have to actually select 4s within the app and save it for it to work we can show you how to do that so yeah let's um get a 4s battery now all right guys uh we just want the battery over this is the battery we're going to put in um from sirius rc awesome company like i said they do great batteries great accessories stuff like the mjx reliable best place to go um we'll try that out i mean i've always had great result with their batteries so let's see what it can do in this new mjx i'll reset the app while you're doing that on the speed runner okay that's ready and that's reading i went back on quite easy that time thank god perhaps it's getting a bit smoother as it's going on and off a bit let's have another go make sure everything's working right guys as we thought we had to go into the app um to change the setting for the lipo battery from auto to 4s and save it as the auto setting doesn't let you run 4s on this car it may be different you know when they bring it out for production but at the moment that's what we've got to do so anyway we're we're now running 4s so let's see what difference that makes in the speed are we all connected on the phone yeah she's all going we're all ready yeah yeah all right let's do this definitely a bit more puncture now guys definitely more all right let's go that looks significantly faster you pin the photo i did but we'll pin it now all the way back ready go whoa whoa so it's definitely it's not really on whoa whoa whoa car car car a bit easier with the throttle that time right all the way ease into it still pulling wheelies there's a curve down there guys look the brakes are good all right bring it in i'm getting scared you keep going what we've got all right you tell me you can press the buttons all right stop read 45 so by another one cell but this 4s is obviously only 50c and the other 3s was 150c so you're getting a little bit more punch but the top end should be the same so 10 mile an hour more that's not bad that's not bad that's good but should we have a little spin on 4s now and see what the it's definitely got some punch in it now so straight from the front it's a bit smoother on 4s could you tell definitely more fun just uh i'll let that stay i don't know how you live we'll try and get it um we'll get it open grass tomorrow so you've got a bit of dry ground and it can grip definitely makes a difference so 45s go out the box no mods apparently we've got a slightly bigger pinion than the 1028 came with the standard which is why they recommend 3s is probably the best way to run it but yeah yes it's definitely more definitely capable of taking 4s if the motor did get hot you can always upgrade your we always upgrade your fan on your motor which is what we've done on my right 1028 you never lose any you never really get very hot on the motor now it's not just the um esc and that that's more than capable of 4s the drivetrain is more than capable of 4s as well and i definitely like the upgrade of the 75 70 75 aluminium inserts in the arm i mean silly little thing but improve handling as well you know you're trying to improve the car that you bought out previously i'm gonna have some good fun we're gonna have some good fun on the channel with this car as soon as we can get a little bit of drier maybe warmer weather because it's so cold outside so i hope you
