This is a classic Chinese home-style stir-fry — simple ingredients, big aroma, and seriously comforting.

Ingredients
• 450 g pork loin
• 280 g scallions
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 red chili (optional, for a little kick 🌶️)

Marinate the Pork
• 2 tsp rice wine
• 2 tsp light soy sauce
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1/8 tsp baking soda (optional, for extra tenderness)
• Mix well, then add 1 tbsp cooking oil
• Mix again and marinate for 10 minutes
