Viczonecode Villa is a 300-square-meter family residence designed by DDconcept in Ho Chi Minh City, completed in 2023. Conceived as a ground-level alternative to urban high-rise living, the house integrates architecture and nature through gardens, courtyards, and skylights that bring light, air, and rain into daily life. Its spatial layout emphasizes continuity between interior and exterior, while passive design strategies—such as a dual-layer sloped roof and elevated floor—respond to the tropical climate. Overall, the project explores a calm, climate-responsive way of living that prioritizes environmental connection, comfort, and family interaction.
