Tour a Luxury Townhouse, Designed With Colour, Curves and Rich Materials

In this three-storey townhouse, designer Mariam Aboutaam merges elevated design with functional, everyday living. The second floor anchors the home’s entertaining spaces, housing the kitchen, servery, dining room and formal living areas. Statuario marble, walnut millwork and brass accents set a refined tone, while a curved alcove range wall, applied ceiling moulding and statement lighting command the room. “Luxury design doesn’t need to compromise on comfort or liveability,” says Mariam.
