When it's something that's detrimental to the pharmaceutical industry suddenly they develop a great deal of journalistic integrity and responsibility without evidence. They were not questioning the FDA in that manner at the height of the pandemic. There was a ticker running across your lower third telling you how many people have died in the last 10 seconds for, of, from, with or near COVID. Suddenly, where's the evidence? Interesting. And vowing new vaccine rules because of it. In an internal memo obtained by NBC News the director of the FDA's vaccine division, Dr. Vinay Prasad alleges no fewer than 10 deaths reported to the agency between 2021 and 2024 were related to the COVID vaccine. For a moment, if 10 children were murdered by migrants crossing the border, how much attention and time would you give to that story? I'd give it a lot of time and attention. Do you think that people might consider changing their attitude towards migration if 10 children or if 10 children were killed by... Hahaha, I was about to say who knows how many died on that Epstein Island gig. We'll get to the bottom of that one of these days. But 10 children dying, particularly if it's a conservative estimate that's no small potatoes. It appears 10 deaths of children from the COVID shot. Part of the justification for this comes from an internal study that claims COVID vaccines contributed to the deaths of at least 10 children. But public health officials are reportedly questioning the findings and asking to examine the data. Where's the data examination throughout the pandemic period? Wait a minute, did all these people die? COVID-19 was a respiratory condition that was somewhat severe. Do you know that many people that are in hospital were treated in ways that likely exacerbated their condition and killed them? Where is their control group come from of unvaccinated kids that got those blood clots from COVID? What is that control group? Where did they get that data? How big a set was it? Was it double blind? And so we've ended up in a very conspiratorial world, partly, I think, because of what happened during COVID. And by the way, if you lock people in their homes for two years, some of them are going to loop it. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. But part of the burden that our public health authorities couldn't effectively shoulder was that they were messaging into a polluted information landscape that was poised to be this conspiratorial and this distrustful of authority. And in large measure... Francis and Constantine... Oh, no. Oh, I'm not sure. Oh, that doesn't seem right. Independent media is culpable for that. I mean, it's the Candace Owens of the world and the Joes of the world who were calling bullshit where things were actually bullshit and calling bullshit on absolutely standard science. I mean, the people who Joe had on his podcast again and again, Brett Weinstein and all the other ivermectin cultists, that was genuinely harmful, right? It's not that they were wrong about everything, but they were wrong about most things. And it was dangerous. An agency that once assured parents these shots were safe and effective is now considering a black box warning for the young. That shift alone should shake the foundations of public trust. Yet legacy media outlets, many funded by pharmaceutical advertisers, of course, scramble to insist there's no real evidence attacking the FDA's own findings, rather than asking why the agency changed course. Their reflexive pushback feels less like journalism and more like an effort to hold together a story that's starting to unravel. For the first time since the pandemic, topics that were once dismissed as conspiratorial noise are forcing their way into the open and the institutions that shape the official narrative appear rattled. The picture becomes darker when placed alongside what independent reporters uncovered long before the FDA's reversal. Journalist Alex Berenson reported early in 2025 that Moderna hid the death of a child in a clinical trial. Instead of transparency, the company hired a former FBI agent to compile internal dossiers on critics, including me. I was the subject of one such report targeted for raising questions about pharmaceutical power. This is not the behavior of a company confident in science. It's the behavior of an institution determined to control the conversation by any means necessary. While these revelations continue to surface, the figures who guided national policy during the pandemic remain untouched by serious accountability. Anthony Fauci still avoids sustained scruiny despite claims from Senator Rand Paul, Dr. Mahi Makkari and others that he helped conceal the origins of COVID. At the same time, commentators such as Sam Harris keep blaming Joe Rogan and people he calls ivermectin cultists for polluting the information environment as if the problem were noisy podcasters rather than the officials who withheld, massaged or distorted critical data. The contempt for dissent that defined the past several years has not disappeared. It is simply losing its power. Yet, even the most determined gatekeepers cannot stop the drift. Major outlets now report on the vaccine-related deaths of children, a development that would have been unthinkable only a short time ago. RFK Junior's work on possible links between vaccines and autism no longer sit completely outside the mainstream discussion. Dr. Mahi Makkari's suggestion that HIV may have originated in an African laboratory, a theory once cordoned off as too dangerous to touch or indeed as a Dave Chappelle joke, was met with the usual wall of outrage. These shifts signal a system that is under strain, losing its ability to dictate the boundaries of acceptable thought. History tells us what happens when institutions try to maintain public confidence through concealment rather than candor. Isn't it sort of amazing to reflect on a time where the media was reliable and journalists truly investigative rather than themselves tools for the very centralised experience? Parliament intervened. Parents were called to many meetings. And eventually, distillers settled. We now have the 20 million protected against inflation. Now let's get the small print right. But for some parents, the small print meant that the struggle was not yet over. What was in that small print? When you think about it, if your job is to produce sleeping pills and the consequences of your drug is that babies are born deformed, it should be a matter somewhat more serious than a fine. You shouldn't be able to do that job anymore, should you? If our videos made people be born with no arms, they wouldn't go, well, show us your spreadsheet. What can you afford to pay us? They would stop your entire business model. Your business model should not survive children being born without limbs. This is a very serious matter. Some of these babies have been born with their feet on back to front and with no faces at all. I'd say, for some time now, just do try harder. Could you do better? Could you really concentrate? That's where I suppose you get to see that these systems exist in relationship with one another. That on one hand, these corporations fund these institutions directly or have immersive, invisible connections to them, rhizomes, you might call it, rooted connections under the surface that mean that you will never get proper justice. Elsewhere, jury trials in the UK have been banned for ordinary people. Trials for massive corporations. What? Your product made babies' eyes fall out? Regulators and companies dismissed early warnings until the horrifying scale of the damage finally broke through. The 1976 swine flu campaign followed a similar arc. The flu season is upon us. Which type will we worry about this year? None. Stop worrying. It doesn't help. Worrying is praying for what you don't want. Remember the swine flu scare of 1976? I certainly do. I'm still living in that ----. That was the year the US government told us all that swine flu could turn out to be a killer that could spread across the nation. And Washington decided that every man, woman, and child in the nation should get a shot to prevent a nationwide outbreak, a pandemic. Well, 46 million of us obediently took the shot. And now 4,000 Americans are claiming damages from Uncle Sam amounting to three and a half billion dollars because of what happened when they took that shot. By far the greatest number of the claims, two-thirds of them, are for neurological damage or even death allegedly triggered by the flu shot. We pick up the story back in 1976 when the threat posed by the swine flu virus seemed very real indeed. This virus was the cause of a pandemic in 1918 and 1919 that resulted in over half a million deaths in the United States as well as 20 million deaths around the world. See how easy it is to... Thus the US government's... That's no good, is it? See how easy it is? Everything's easy. It's how easy it is to masturbate. Does that mean you should be doing it? During major flu epidemics, millions of people are sick and thousands die. Well, this year you can get protection. The vaccines are safe, easy to take and they can protect you against flu. By the following week, I was totally paralysed. So completely paralysed, in fact, that they had to operate on her to enable her to breathe. And for six months, Judy Roberts was a quadriplegic. The diagnosis? A neurological disorder called Guillain-Barré syndrome, GBS for short. These neurological diseases are little understood. They affect people in different ways. When was this news? The news was so patronising then, wasn't it? But at least they were trying their best. It affects people in different ways. Look at this floundering person. And let's have a look at that line of people. A woman, a black gentleman, and a white gentleman again. A little less attention on that poor paralysed lady. That's a bummer. As you can see in these home movies taken by a friend... I was afraid it was hers. I was afraid it meant that he's from the NFL. This guy's dedicated. Judy Roberts' paralysis confined her mostly to a wheelchair for over a year. But this disease can even kill. Indeed, there are 300 claims now pending from the families of GBS victims who died, allegedly as a result of the swine flu shot. Yeah, look at the news brazenly and bravely. Look at Julie Roberts. She can't walk anymore. But look at now how they reported on those 10 kids. 10 kids have been killed. No evidence. If that was on Julie Roberts today, they'd say, Well, Julie Roberts hasn't been able to successfully prove that it was that vaccine. She does feel like it was. And when she went into the vaccine, she could walk. And when she came out of that appointment, she couldn't anymore. But that's no indication that there's any connection between the vaccine. The government rushed a nationwide vaccination drive, promised complete safety, then hesitated to acknowledge Guilain-Barre cases linked to the shot. The trust shattered in the episode continues to haunt health communication today. The Carpolio vaccine disaster revealed what happened when political pressure speeds up approval and officials minimize early signs of danger. Children were infected and paralyzed and only overwhelming evidence forced federal authorities to confront what they hoped to hide. These episodes are not ancient anomalies. They are reminders that secrecy is not the exception in public health. It is the recurring flaw that turns caution into catastrophe. The emerging revelations around COVID vaccines and origins research fit this pattern with unsettling precision. The issue is not that every claim is proven. The issue is that the institutions charged with protecting the public have repeatedly chosen narrative management over transparency. That is why the FDA's acknowledgement really matters.
